Apparently your order was for Free shampoo and conditioner samples. We received a SPAM load of more than 2,000 requests. We do not honor SPAM requests. Please email your address and we will send the Free Samples.

Hi Heather. We are distressed there was a problem. The last order we show SK-5442 was shipped USPS which shows as delivered on January 4. The replacement order will ship immediately

I did not like the conditioner product and requested a return. I followed after no response and still didn’t get a response.

Our customer service email has no record of your request for a return. We have now refunded the price of the Conditioner to your credit card. We do not require that the product be returned. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
