I ordered the pillow that looked like an adult size pillow for $25.78 through their website. What I received was a small child sized pillow. I have contacted them through their email several times. First contact I was offered a $2 refund. The second contact a $5 refund. Multiple contacts after that they told me I could email them every day but they would not offer a full refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I did no recieve what I ordered. When I brought it to their attention. They indicated I got what I ordered. I took pictures and shared I am a witness that I did not get what I ordered. However, your response confirms the reviews of scam and you are not accountable in making orders right. So I thanked you for wasting my time and money. I too will submit as an unhappy customer. Buyer beware. Enter at your own risk as they will not stand behind their service.

Sent an incomplete item then offered $4 USD as compensation. Told them to stick it up their arse. Not happy.

It gets worse. I have never actually been scammed over a product before. I guess there is a first time for everything. Completely illegitimate and unethical business. Stay far away from them!

This is a full scale scam site. The home page lists husband/wife operation. Note husbands name spelt differently in tw0 places! On research this is a drop ship account in China. No phone number or address. I ordered what was advertised, they sent something completely different - took nearly 2 months to arrive "from China" not US. I sent email per their website and asked to return, they refused to provide shipping address. I asked for a full refund and they offered $2 then $5 as maximum refund on a $59 order. The website says free shipping over $39, but even though order was for $59 they still demanded shipping fee! The website/domain and company is listed in China. This is a full blown fake/fraudulent web site selling cheap rubbish instead of what you believe you have ordered per their website! Stay well clear.

HOPELESS BUSINESS WITH WORST DELIVERY AND TRACKING SYSTEM I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS, TAKES MONTHS FOR GOODS TO ARRIVE THEN DELIVERY TO WRONG ADDRESS. CANT SPEAK TO LOGISTICS STAFF AND THEY 'MISLEAD' CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR LOCATION SAYING THEY ARE IN AUSTRALIA BUT ARE ACTUALLY IN PHILLIPINES. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE CLOWNS TO ANYONE!!!!
