What a complete SCAM. They knew exactly what they were going to do to the customers. DO BOT ORDER FROM THEM. They took our money and no uniforms ever been sent.

Can I leave 0 stars?? DoNOT purchase your scrubs from them. They will put a "hold" on your account and your item won't ship. When you contact them and ask them where's your order, they say its "processing". When you ask for a cancellation, they say no, because its "processing". Do they offer to do anything more than that? Ie. Send out a new set since the one you ordered is delayed, look to see what the problem is, eyc etc?? Nope!!! I was literally told "when order finally arrives" and "if the order is canceled before it ships, the hold will be released"...To paraphrase, maybe they have it and maybe they dont, maybe it'll be fulfilled and maybe it won't. Just have to wait and see...meanwhile I really needed these scrubs. I will never purchase from them again and I'd warn anyone whose considering it...dont! There are plenty of other.places to buy scrubs. Don't waste your money or your time on these.scammers

Do not order from this company! I ordered 7 items and only received 3 they said the other items were delayed with UPS now they are saying the other items were in the order I received. I’ve been fighting this for a month. No phone number to call and customer service email is a joke. Having to dispute charges as fraud on my credit card now

I ordered from them on july 20th,2026 my order stayed in process for weeks. today 8/18/2026 i tracked my order they canceled it never sent an email to tell me they canceled my order hell never even sent my any update on my email about the order in general. then they didnt even refund me my money back i spend $100 with them and got nothing

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. This company is trash. Not only is everything over priced, there is no costumer service number that can be called, even though it’s all over their website. I placed an order that is in “processing” with no updates. I asked for this order to be canceled with no response yet. Ridiculous.

Waited a month for my package with no update. I sent a chat (since they have no phone contact) to cancel my order. Then 3 days later, I get an email that my package shipped. I already ordered from another company at this point. Now they will not respond to any of my cancellation requests or give me my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

No customer service phone number that actually works. No response to any emails. Can't cancel online after 24 hours. Order is still only processing after a MONTH after placing the order when it says 6 days for normal delivery. DO NOT TRUST THIS ONLINE COMPANY. ID GIVE IT NO STARS IF I COULD.. YOU LITERALLY CANT EVER GET AHOLD OF ANYONE FOR A VERY SLOW QUESTIONABLE ORDER... 🗑️

Same as everyone else - ordered, 3 weeks later still no shipment, no updates, no reply to emails, no phone number to call, no chat. This company is a scam.
