It is a hopeless product. Lost all 2 years data when they did their platform upgrades. The support team is slow. The platform skips telling the ranking if you dont rank within top 10 positions. I recommended them to couple of my mates, but now i am cursing myself for doing so. Really poor management and team.

We bought a lifetime subscription for $59 orc$69 in 2020. Then there was an inssue and they upgraded it to the max tier they have. We were happy. We then didbt use it because the business went dormant and the pc got damaged so we lost our credentials and and life happened. Now we wanted to wtart using something we paid for, the account was downgraded to their free version. Do not deal with these people. You will onlybspeak to their telling you to be patient and your problems will be escalated.

Not bad tool, I tried the trial version of this tool but decided not to continue. The have my visa card information and trying to taking money from it. I have emailed the before the trial was over about that I DO NOT want to continue and requested cancelling the trial after I had sawn that a person here had written about they were pulling money from his card without any reason. Just be careful about giving your visa card information !!! I had blocked them via my bank account before my trial was over just in case!

Very basic SEO audit tool and a very misleading sales page. The good reviews you see everywhere are incentivized, so take them with a grain of salt. So I've just purchased the tool, and what I'm seeing vs what you're showing on the sales page are two different things. First, where are the "SEO tasks" tab? Is it the generic "Issues" tab that shows what any SEO audit tool can show me? Second, where is the "Keywords" tab I see on your sales pages? The "Trends" - that's nowhere to be found. I see that I can track my rankings, that's about where the "keywords" part stops it seems. And thirdly, on your website, there's NO difference listed between your Pro and Advanced plans, apart from more crawls, team members, projects. But to my surprize there are MANY features locked behind "Advanced" tabs you can't select. Why is this not stated on the sales page?

Their website says: "While performing page speed monitoring in Screpy Pro, Advanced and Agency plans, you will be analyzing mobile data." The Lighthouse report says: "Device: Emulated Desktop" (frankly, useless) I have sent several emails about this and they will not respond.
