Multiple monitors seem to be a problem.
Multiple monitors seem to be a problem. A good, simple product for use in short or small meetings. There do seem to be some technical problems with resolution, sizing and focus.

Good but too expensive for paid account
The jump between free and paid is too much. I need just a bit more service, but not as much as they are selling for 19$/month (billed monthly). I'd be willing to pay a more reasonable fee for a basic streaming package, but the first paid package is simply too expensive. I've been hunting around for other options to get a limited live screen cast. Nothing yet, but I'm convinced that I can do about as well as basic Screenleap without any additional subscription costs. I hope Screenleap considers expanding the free account (maybe with some ad support?) or offering a super basic option of screen casting a screen with no audio for under 5$/month (billed monthly).

It is potentially a great product but…
It is potentially a great product but the persom on the receiving end had problems seeing my screen when a few times he saw a black screen with my cursor on it.

Easy but Unreliable
This software is quick and easy to use, but it crashes my Finder approximately once per hour. Each time, I have to send my client a new link to see my screen. It's very unprofessional.

I love Screenleap
I love Screenleap. However, there are some things I wish we could change. 1. The screen with the code, Should have the code smaller on the bottom right and in the middle of the page, there should be a nice picture. 2. The control should be on the top right under the address bar. 3. I really have not been able to get Screenleap to remember my settings although I use it several times per day. Thanks

Do you want to be able to upload your own picture? 2. Can you contact us at [email protected] and give us more details about this. 3. Thank you for alerting us to the issue. We just pushed a fix that should allow the app to remember the last position of the rectangle. After the next update, the last position of your rectangle should be retained between screen shares.

Screensharing took some time to reload …
Screensharing took some time to reload during sharing. In one case I was not able to start a screen sharing, the homepage did not load properly. Most of the time it works well.

Regarding not being able to load our website properly, our hosting provider had a networking issue last Thursday that caused our site to be unavailable for about 30 minutes. Please let us know at [email protected] if you were not able to access our site outside this one incident as we would like to get any remaining issues addressed for you.
