Well, I am being billed, and I pay $19.00 per month for the service and its just my girlfriend and I that's all that have a true need for this service. At that $19.00 per month we are suppose to get unlimited time on each of our sessions OR at least an full 8 hrs. of using time per session is how the exact wording is. The real truth though is: after only 40 minutes of us using it, it shuts us down, saying we have used up our time, and like everything else in the world, it always happens right in the middle of the WORST possible time to happen! Both my friend and I stay on the phone 4 out of 5 days per week, trying hard to keep the bugs worked out and to resolve this financial issue, but after 4 weeks of this, we are no further to resolution, than when we first signed up. Bottom line: ScreenLeap has far too many little rules that keep the waters muddied up, and majorly complicated, that is unless you are a computer GEEK! If on the other hand, if you are not a GEEK, and if you are a Senior Citizen, its best you find if at all possible, a much simpler and straight forward system, with way fewer STEPS and HOOPS to jump through, JUST to make their system work, on whatever browser you have to use. Their customer service reps are very nice to you, and they DO call you back and respond to you in record time, which is great, BUT, never getting any resolution on these calls is the downside.
