We purchased the roll cage for the Luna 360 for $20. Their website was not clear about needing to purchase the pro case ($40) for the roll cage to work. We decided to return the roll cage and purchase the insurance instead. The return process was horrible. They did not refund the original shipping nor paid for the return shipping. They also charged a restocking fee of $7. They required very specific packing instructions and to send pictures as proof before they would accept the return. Then after receiving the item, they said it would take 2 weeks to process the refund. Only after another inquiry after the two weeks did they finally process the refund of $13 after we spent about $45 total. Be very careful when purchasing from this company. Reply to review response: Thank you Carol for the reply. Although your return requirements are not shown on your website, we understood them when you sent them to us. We are just trying to inform others who may want to purchase from you of these return policies. Also, as of right now, the first paragraph of the Luna 360 roll cage says this. "The Pro Roll Cage accessory for our Insta 360 Luna Pro Cases is the ideal accessory to enhance protection during your Insta 360 Luna filming adventures." Nowhere in the description does it say the pro case is required. I request you change the description to show the pro case is required and also inform your customers of your return policies.

Buyer beware. I placed an order on July 9 and paid an extra $17 for 2-4 day shipping. After 4 days, I noticed that UPS hadn't even received the item yet, so I contacted the seller via email. Carol eventually replied a couple of days later and said she would check on my order. Over the next week or so, I sent several more messages asking for an update. They discovered that their shipment was damaged and returned to them. Okay, that's disappointing, but things like this happen, so I figured I would let it go as long as they refunded the expedited shipping I had paid for. I requested that they refund that, but they refused, offering me a $10 credit to buy more from them. Haha, seriously? So I pushed back, and again they refused. It is now almost 2 weeks later, and the product still has not arrived. He may make interesting things, but his shipping and customer service are terrible.
