I ordered a His & Hers set back in February 2020, and was told it should take six to eight weeks since this is a custom made set. We had our fingers professionally measured @ a jeweler to ensure we ordered the correct sized rings. The rings were finally received on 7/6/2020. The rings are beautiful, but the Men's ring is one-half size too small (I didn't even try my wife's ring on her), they are unusable as a set. Score wants to charge me $88 to make a new ring in the correct size. Fool me once, shame on you... Please DO NOT make the mistake I made. Trust the negative reviews.

Horrible horrible horrible! On April 8th I placed an order for matching bands. A 6mm and a 8mm. I was told that the 8mm would be ready in a week and the 6mm in 2-4 weeks. I had them put in writing that they would NOT ship anything from China. They assured me that they customized ALL their work in Canada. After a month I started sending regular emails and Facebook messages asking them what was taking so long. Finally in late May they sent me a tracking number... from CHINA! Not only that but they didn't even make the 6mm! At first they said they would send it but then when I pressed about the China tracking number they got incredibly rude. I asked to just give me a refund and I would return it but they refused, even on the ring they didn't make! It took 86 days to just get the first ring. They did tell me that they made two 8mm rings, but I wanted a 6mm women's ring, not a mans. After much back and forth they agreed to refund my money, but get this... they said I had to wait until Chinas item gets here and I wasn't allowed to open the package and I was to ship Chinas ring to Canada! I also was not allowed to send it ups or fed ex, only regular mail and I was NOT allowed to insure it! Then once they get it back THEY would determine if I had "tampered" with opening the box and if I did then they wouldn't refund my money! Seriously?? If the TAPE had been messed with then they get to keep my $153?? Omg. I could not believe that these people think that they can lie about shipping, lie about where they are from and lie about how long it would be and then refuse to even make one of the rings AND keep my money! Insane! I had been waiting months!!! Just to get it over with, I told them I would just keep the 8mm and to just refund me for the 6mm, but again they said NO and they even blocked me on Facebook because I shared this ordeal with friends! They have a physical address in Canada but it's not legit and they also have a phone number but it's not legit either. It's just a generic recording. Their website says they do all their customized work in Canada but use a distribution center in China. So why would they make custom rings in Canada and then when they are finished, ship it to China for China to ship to the U.S? That makes NOOO sense! I finally had to contact PayPal and FORCE them to refund my money! I agreed to keep the 8mm like I had offered them earlier because I didn't want to wait months to ship it back. So I got my money back for the 6mm and the 8mm came today. I can't believe that they thought PayPal would side with them. The rings I got were ok, nothing spectacular. Just be warned, these people lie and they are nothing but Chinese cons!!!

I waited three months for the ring. Never got it. They refused to refund my payment. I had to go to Paypal to get dispute handled by them. Find somewhere that does not wait to get their jewelry from China. This is not a company I will recommend to anyone!

Fraudulent company. Never recieved the product, never received a refund. Will spread this word to everyone thinking about buying from them: DON'T !!!

Poor Quality and communication shut off. I wrote a review with 5 stars for score Jewelry in 2019 because I ordered the wrong finish on my wedding band. They replaced it with the right one for $20.00 shipping. I was very impressed by this. I got married on July 20, 2019. I have worn the ring for about 2 months and it began to tarnish and the color is wearing off. I have been in contact with them over and over again since October/November 2019 about this. They said I had to go through ESTY because I guess that's how I purchased it(I thought I was on score jewelry site online) Anyway, I did and after many emails, I have stopped hearing from them. They did offer me another one for more $$. I am devastated. All I want is a new ring with a guarantee of its durability or an upgraded one that will have a guarantee, and to be able to talk with someone about the ring quality and why this happened. I have saved all correspondence with them and have sent in a report to the better business bureau. Like many, I was so happy at first but be careful about your product and how it will wear! Broken heart!

There needs to be a zero star cuz this “company” is a SCAM!!! I ordered over a month ago and they keep playing the run around game with me. They take forever to respond and when they do they just say we’ll get back to you tomorrow, make an excuse or turn it around and blame it on me. Then told me it’ll ship it two days and that I’d get an email. It’s been 8 days since that convo and when confronted they get again said they’ll get back to me tomorrow. Their good reviews are fake from themselves. There’s a better chance of Tupac being alive than there is of them getting a good review.

Trust me, the ball is round, what you do to people will come back to you “DOUBLE”, even worse, since i have nothing to do, as I did not recieve my order yet since September, and all the negative comments below is True! Life will pay you back, just wait for it. I ordered 2 rings. Estimated delivery was 6 weeks, actually took 10 weeks to arrive. Sent several emails and eventually had a reply after 2 weeks. My ring fit perfectly but my partners was 1 size too big. It took them that long to reply about a replacement that they had stopped working with etsy (free replacement and you just pay delivery was an etsy offer only) and said I could buy a replacement at full price from their website. Absolute joke of a company. Packaging comes with Chinese labels yet the company states its from Canada.
