This company is a total scam, I have been waiting for over 15 weeks at this point and have contacted them many times with no communication back at all. I would avoid buying from them and buy from a reputable company.

Doesn't even desserve any sort of rating absolutely discusted by this company ordered out matching wedding rings 8 weeks ago and received nothing been in contact loads even via etsy and they just tell you to email which we have done several times and had no response what so ever tried via Facebook and still nothing how sad and frustrating for anyone getting married and putting trust into a company for personal and different rings I advise everyone to stay clear of this website!!!

PISSED OFF and RUINED WEDDING PLANS!!! I placed a custom order on March 14th and have not received the order and can not get anyone to contact me back after telling me my order has shipped. I have sent several emails, requesting tracking number after being told on April 20th my order is ready and will be shipped in 24 hours. I have already paid for the order and I am now PISSED!!!!!!

I placed an order back in December 2020 and received it and even got correspondences when I reached out to them. I placed another order on March 24th and have not received the order and can not get anyone to contact me back. I have sent several emails, Instagram and Facebooks messages with nothing!!!! I have already paid for the order and I am now getting really PISSED!!!!!!

States rings will be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. We ordered the ring over a month before our wedding. A week before the wedding the ring still hadn't shipped, so my fiance sent an email (there is no phone number listed any where). He did not get a response. I found them on Etsy and got a response rather quickly. The purchase information was in my name, but the person responding to me on Etsy refused to give me any information and said they would respond to his email. Another day goes by. I ask when we should expect a response via email. Still no response. What a rip off. Basically you pay for a service and you get it when you get it? Or your money is just stolen, which so far is the case here since we have no product or details as to when we will receive our order. Horrible horrible. They had great reviews on Etsy though. Maybe we should've went that route rather than on their site. I guess Etsy holds them more accountable than they hold themselves.

Update still no rings and was promised a tracking number. NOTHING!! ADDRESS FROM COMPANY SHOWS SUPER MARKET ON GOOGLE MAPS. WISH I DID THAT BEFORE I ORDERED.

I should’ve believed the 1 star reviews

They take your money and don’t respond to emails. I’ve been emailing them back and forth but they ignore. The worst thing is there is no number to even call. To be honest, I feel like positive reviews I read look staged by the crooks to lure people in. I’m very disappointed in this company.
