The medication works well, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I paid for my order over 4 weeks ago and still no delivery and no update on my order. I finally called for an update and the customer service representative said I was aggressive and hung up on me. I called back to talk to a manager who cancelled my order and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service. If they had just let me know what was going on with my order without me having to call. That was all I was asking, but to them that makes me angry and aggressive because I was asking about my order. I'm glad to say I finally figured out who this company is all about.. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.

I did not receive what the intent of my order was. Instead a replacement readily available at no cost from my dr under my insurance plan. Then to make matters worse, based on their order acknowledgement I received 20 pils instead of 60 plus 10. When I called, I was told I had received the wrong prescription and a replacement order would go out. Still waiting on the replacement order. Hopefully cancelling any refills they want to send will happen or I will cancel the charge on my cc as fraud.

Service was fine untill I tried to cancel my subscription. That's when everything went off track. Several attempts to reach customer service, never got a hold of anyone. Would not recommend this company.

The reason for this negative complaint is because when I was trying to cancel my subscription...the guy trying to help me thought it was funny to tell me that he isn't going to be talked over when all I asked him to do is cancel my subscription. He kept trying to explain my opinions if I kept my account. I told him I don't need to know all of this and to just cancel my subscription. (I might have added a few choice words because I didn't want to hear anything but "We are sorry to see you go Sir...and if you ever need our help again, we will be here for you." Now that is a way to possibly bring back a customer later if they need your product again. NOT trying to explain all of their opinions... I would NOT recommend this company... especially with all of the different ones currently on the market.

Scoreblue.com claims the product works in 15 minutes and claims that it has a unique formulation that makes it last longer. The sildenafil citrate came with the EXACT instructions as other generic Viagra products. It's also more expensive than other generic viagra I've received from Ro and Friday Plans. Their products worked without the misleading advertising. I searched my account page for a way to cancel. You can't do it online. You have to call. Spoke with a representative who said my Rx was cancelled.

I see a lot of positive reviews on here about this product but i think most are bots or fake and here is why. This product is not too expensive for what they say they are giving you. The small medication contain comes in a discrete package that easily fits in most mail boxes. It is a white pill, diamond shaped but there is something strange about it, online they call their pill Viagra AVG but when you get the container AVG is no where to be found on the label. The pill i think works ok but truthfully its no better than any other available generic Viagra. There claims it can make you bigger is a red flag that its selling BS, nothing can make you bigger down there so do not believe that crap. Those make you bigger crap is just pumping the medicine with the amino acid arginine which you can buy for almost nothing at CVS or even Walmart. The other issues is there really do not give you much product for their price and the main problem is canceling. There is no place to cancel online and you cant even cancel by email. Apparently you must call their customer service and they try hard to make you believe in communication that their product comes from France which is total BS, it ships from Florida and also that its in such high demand that if you cancel you cant get it again, that is all a scam. All in all ScoreBlue is probably the worst of these services because of the difficulty stopping the product if you do not want it anymore. Stay away from ScoreBlue.

Just curious about who is actually writing these reviews..

I paid for Viagara AGV and they sent generic sildenafil. When charged initial they never mentioned a "pharmacy fee" which added $20 to the cost. Their receipt for transaction was abbreviated and never mentions the pharmacy fee. Its all rather typical for these companies. I ended my subscription let's see if they acknowledge that.
