Company doesn’t stand good on their promises to refund if their substandard product doesn’t work. They claim it to be a premium product, yet it’s worse than the generic version. BUYER BEWARE!! Nothing but scammers!! Plus the customer service is non existent, just thrive on getting your order, and not on helping people. Steer clear of this place!! They make you have to contact them to cancel their product, instead of like other companies that can be canceled from the orders page. Nothing good about this company at all, they take advantage of people trying to help themselves.

I made a purchase of 10 pills which were effective enough. The next month, score Blue shipped me another 10 pills, advising me that I had purchased a monthly subscription. I never did. It’s just a big scam. They told me if I didn’t want the pills to just return them when they came in the mail, and they would refund me the money. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I believe their advertising and claims about the product were misleading and did not match the results I experienced. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, my request was denied despite my concerns with the product. I was informed that their 120-day policy was firm and no exception would be made. The customer service experience was frustrating and unhelpful, leaving me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and encourage prospective customers to carefully review all policies and terms before making a purchase.

It's been over a month since I canceled my subscription, which I didn't know I was subscribed to. By the way, for them to get credit on my credit card which I still haven't gotten. By the way over a month these guys are a scam. Don't waste your money.

This company is a complete SCAM. Their ads and medication claims are completely FALSE. I ordered their product for a 1 month trial, but then they automatically reordered and charged me for another month of medication. When I called to question, they say the doctor automatically put you on a continual monthly plan and charges you. When I questioned that, they just said that's the way it is and hung up on me twice. Their customer service is appalling!

Well you sent me a white pill that has AC 340 on it it is not the pill I ordered it won't give me my money back you keep telling me that it's the Viagra that I ordered it is not I looked it up it says it's Cialis and it's a generic pill you were telling me you would send the real pills this one does not work I cannot get a hold of anybody to even talk to about it and keep sending me emails telling me I'm stupid well I am going to the better Business bureau and I am going to get my money back you are doing this in an unprofessional manner do not buy these pills they do not work they send you the wrong pills
