1 week after purchase I found these negative reviews so I sent e-mail to ScoreBlue to not automatically ship any new orders. During the initial purchase, the follow-up e-mail to me stated this; "That’s it! After this, re-ordering is a snap, and you have access to your ScoreBlue physician whenever you need them". I was told nothing about any "subscription". A few weeks later they shipped another order anyway, and illegally charged my credit card! When I complained, ScoreBlue stated that I made another purchase. (That never happened) Slimy business.

They talk their BS about 100 mg pills costing so much then send you 12 count 20 mg pills and tell you to take up to 5 pills at a time. WHAT KIND OF BS BAIT AND SWITCH IS THIS? They say they have a "120 day 100% refund NO QUESTIONS ASK. WE WILL SEE HOW WELL THEY HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE.” UPDATE TO MY NEGATIVE REVIEW I heard from ScoreBlue. To get them to honor their no questions ask 100% refund I must delete my negative review. I believe it is time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and see what they can do about my No questions ask 100% refund. and let everyone know just what kind of a company you are dealing with. By the way the lady that has been calling me said to get their products at full 100 mg strength would cost hundreds of dollars. Are they really saving you any money over the local well known HONEST pharmacies? It does not appear their guarantee is a true statement after all. I guess a truth in advertisement issue has been sidelined for an attempted extortion. My account has been canceled and closed. A nice thing about the Commonwealth of Kentucky is it is a one party consent state to record phone conversations.

They keep automatically charging your account without permission and will not cancel it.

I ordered 100 mg of sildenafil, supposedly generic Viagra. I have used Viagra with the results I was looking for. This product was advertised as the same only generic, I don’t about other prescriptions but this did not have any affect at all. I would not recommend wasting your money. It also was supposed to be a one time purchase but 2nd order was Charged and shipped I had to block my card from being charged again.

My husband placed an order on 02/20/23 for 4 pills. No where did it say it would automatically renew. Today he checked his credit card and he has a charge pending. This is poor business practices! Very disappointed! He does not want anymore sent to him without his authorization! Furthermore they didn't work and you advertise guaranteed money back if it doesn't work! SHarp

I ordered some pills and it took over 20 days for them to get here. But that's not even the worst part. When I finally did receive my order, I another order with some kinda subscription without my knowledge or consent. What a scam this be! I never agreed to any kind of subscription, and now I'm stuck with these recurring charges that I never signed up for. This is highway robbery! I don't know what kind of company Scoreblue thinks they are, but they sure don't know how to treat their customers right. They promised me the best product, and instead they gave me nothing but headaches and frustration. And you know what? I'm not going to take this lying down. I'm going to make sure that everyone knows about Scoreblue's shady practices and terrible customer service. I'm going to leave negative reviews wherever I can, and I'm going to tell all my friends and family to stay far away from this company. U cant with treating people like this, but they've got another thing coming. I'm going to fight back and make sure they regret ever messing with me. They may have thought they could take advantage of someone but I'm not going to let them get away with it. So if you're thinking about ordering from Scoreblue, let me tell you, don't do it! They're a bunch of crooks who don't care about their customers. They'll take your money and run, and you'll be left with nothing but a bunch of empty promises and a whole lot of frustration. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else like hims. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

I've been getting so many ads on facebook for ed meds.  Finally, I ended up ordering from scoreblue because of this report with chris hansen then they reviewed all of the other companies I've been seeing.  Scoreblue lies. and what a nightmare this has been. I ordered the white diamond-shaped tablets (like the viagra blue ones I've used before but white) that they claim "we're the only ones allowed to sell this pill". Nope, I received round like pills and yeah they did not work.   - calls go unanswered  - emails go unanswered - hit with a surprise "refill" charge. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. THIS WAS ONE OF THE REASONS I SIGNED UP WITH THESE LIARS IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY SAID NO SUBSCRIPTION. THEY AUTO-ENROLL YOU INTO RECURRING CHARGES. CROOKS. HOW IS THIS LEGAL?? The "report" needs to be updated. Apparently, this review site is scoreblue. what? How do we get a class-action suit going this is false advertising/fraud? Not done yet. When I finally got a hold of their "support team" I was told I have to return the medication in order to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Insane. This information was never presented to me when ordering nor can I find it anywhere on their website.  Scoreblue is dishonest and incompetent. I can't even stop getting emails and texts from these scumbags even though I've unsubscribed at least 10x times. They dont deserve 1 star. Yeah, like others have said here... I hope this saves someone else from falling for this con as well. Avoid these people at all costs. Their fraudulent practices, and lack of customer service make them a danger to anyone looking for ED medication. Scoreblue is a fraudulent and dishonest company that should be avoided at all costs.

It's a scam. They will not let you cancel after they automatically sign you up for recurring orders. I had to update with an out of date credit card to make it stop after repeatedly trying to cancel. Hopefully this review will save someone some money and time.
