I was charged to refill a script for pill I did not authorize, so I am upset with the auto charge. I discontinued my account due to this reason. I was told I would receive a credit back of 50.00 or refunded for the unauthorized charge but that has not happened. so I am thinking maybe a scam.

Was a subscriber for a couple of years with no problems. Then all of a sudden with no prior advance knowledge from them they raised price by $9.95 and debited card. I just happen to catch it. When asked for explanation they said oh oh inflation !!! Then when I tried to cancel subscription all of a sudden don't leave will go back to original price as a CURTESY!!!!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! Ripoff practices. Never credited my $9.95 back as I had requested. Needless to say I'm long gone....

Product doesn't work and sent out additional refill and charged my card without my consent.

Don’t waste your time with this company, products are garbage sent it back had to want forever for the credit and then they only credited me for half the return had to wait and call three times more and wait another two months for the other credit fraudulent merchant stay away “ BUYERS BEWARE”!!!!!!!

I was billed $158 dollars but never signed up for a subscription or received any product. I emailed them and they said to call and cancel but there is nothing to cancel I never signed up. On top of that the timeframe they gave me was M-F, 8-5. They will bill you 24/7 but won't talk to you except during the work week

Customer service is terrible. I attempted to cancel an order but was told it had already shipped. Soninin whiref about returning it when it arrived for a refund. I was told to write on the front of the package above the shipping label so as not to block the USPS tracing number “DELIVERY REFUSED -RETURN TI DENDER” and not to take it to the post office because they were bad about losing returns. I did as instructed and the package was returned to the postal worker who delivered it over a week ago. I’ve called twice and gotten the run around about my refund. One representative even stated I needed to go check at thrnn be post office to see if it was still there. Customer disservice would be a better description. I did everything I was told to do and returned the order the day after I received it. Customer service reps don’t listen because they’re rude and talk over you. I can’t get any cooperation or answers from them, they ball when I mention refunding my payment tou credit card. So I’m calling my bank yo dispute the charge and calling my attorney yo file a complaint with the better business bureau. AVOID DEALING WOTH THEM, THRY FONG FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR PROMISES. SCORE

I have fallen victim of what others have mentioned. Without my knowledge or consent they debited my account. I never chose any subscription or continuing contact but probably would have had they not committed this fraud. If you do business with them keep a close eye on your bank account.

Pills didn’t work for me. Billed me again the next month without my authorization. I hear this what they do a lot. Beware
