Bought plain hot coffee a few times at a new Scooters, and it was good. Today, it was very weak (watered down) with little flavor. I called and asked what might have changed. Person said it's the same blend and didn't know what happened. I won't be returning.

Long wait for order. Seems unorganized and errors made on my order. Received wrong drink and the food I ordered was unappetizing. The man that works there, not sure if he is the owner seems tough on staff. I am sure most of them are young and working for minimum wage. Won’t make it long like this.

We love the coffee and ice tea 's but the way you did the sugar cookies this year was a big down fall from the other sugar cookies you had in the past!! We always looked forward to the Christmas season and biting into a sugar cookie. Such a disappointments!!!

I actually really like Scooters. Especially the one near me. The employees are always great. Theyre fast. They always give me pupcups unlike other places like Starbucks. What I dont like is the obligated feeling of tipping. I dont tip mcdonalds workers in a drive thru. Why would I tip baristas in a coffee shop drive thru. They shove their little ipad in your face when you pay with a card and say Please answer these questions which are tip questions how much do you want to tip...while they stand they looking at you. It makes you feel like if you dont tip them they will make sure you have an unpleasant experience next time. So you better leave a tip. You shouldnt have to be asked to leave a tip in a drive thru. If that was changed I wouldve gave them 5 stars. But the tipping crap is out of hand and its not just this company its many companies. Starbucks does it too.
