Scams at its finest
I recieved my diploma for highschool in 2017. That all went fine. Until this year, I tried to do an actual start of a career move only to find out they apparently have me in collections for a course I never signed up for and living in a city that I have not lived in for over 20 years. I have supplied them with proof that it had nothing to do with me and they claim they believe me, but won't budge on anything. I looked up my collection file and it is listed for 2018, the lady today said 2019. And then proceeded to tell me a file was opened in 2020. I asked her to explain that one because I was hospitalized during the timeline she gave me for that one. Be careful, they are opening new files under your name and then putting you into collections claiming you owe them that money. Proof or no proof. They don't care
