Been smoking concentrates daily for 4 years and I do a little powder everyday. Tried another popular product with mixed reviews a couple months ago and I dont think my levels budged because they were still 11ng for thc and 14000ng for the other. SciTox brought me down from that (or probably higher because itd been over 2 months) all the way to 0 which is impossible according to multiple sites I read and one other detox company. Obviously its not because it happened. I sent them my results so they could post them if you want proof. If it worked for me it should work for anybody unless yall dont do something right. I did the double treatment per their recommendation. Also I should mention it wasnt really that rough on my hair til close to the end of the second treatment when it started to feel lifeless but I wouldnt have cared if some of my hair broke off for what I gained from passing. But 2 weeks later and my hair looks and feels normal again. Some of the best money I have ever spent. Will make it back times a thousand. Don't listen to the haters theres nothing better out there. I truly owe so much to this incredible company! I was deep in substance use for over a year, and honestly, if I didn’t turn things around, it would have been the end for me. I risked losing everything that mattered. I had tried the macho method shampoo from Amazon before but failed spectacularly. I had a horrible experience considering it wasn’t easy getting a hold of somebody to get the product and then when I finally did get a hold of them, I had to beg them to answer and respond. I finally got the product I used it exactly as the directions told me to and I still failed my hair follicle I asked for a refund told them I had my results I could send them to them and I got no response.

Waste of time potentially con
I struggled to contact them form start, they finally reached out after I called, texted, and emailed. I waited these were days in between. I placed my order 4/1/26 for two day shipping. Here I am 4/17/26. I emailed them, called them, and messaged them I continue with no reply. There is no customer service and I think the whole business might be a con. And the only reason their product works so well according to reviews is they're fake reviews, or because you wait so long for the product you hair follicle cleans out itself by the time you receive the product. Best to avoid this company.

This disruption was entirely unintentional and occurred while responsibilities were being transferred among remaining and interim staff. Fortunately, because you paid a legitimate business using a credit/debit card, you were protected and received a refund. Scammers generally do not maintain legitimate merchant processing for long, as payment processors quickly shut down businesses that accumulate unresolved disputes and chargebacks.
Another point worth considering is that Trustpilot actively combats fake reviews using systems that analyze IP addresses, device IDs, and other metadata. We also have reviews from numerous countries around the world, which is precisely why we use Trustpilot while many competitors avoid it. We are not afraid of negative reviews because, outside of unusual situations like this temporary disruption, the overwhelming majority of customer feedback remains positive. If you compare Trustpilot reviews, website feedback, and independent forum discussions, the sentiment is generally consistent: significantly more positive than negative. In many cases, these profiles repeatedly discuss drug testing, claim to have “worked at a lab,” and consistently attack SciTOX while promoting another product that conveniently belongs to the same individual.
Ironically, the competing product is actually far closer to traditional Macujo method ingredients than SciTOX is, despite repeatedly accusing us of being “just Macujo.” That likely explains why their process often requires excessive repetitions — sometimes reportedly hundreds of washes — whereas SciTOX works for most users within hours and only requires a few repetitions, with additional applications needed only in more extreme cases.
Ultimately, people are free to choose whichever product they believe is best. However, many highly educated customers — including doctors, attorneys, and professionals — continue to choose SciTOX because of the results they have experienced firsthand.

I want to start by saying that the reviews you see on Reddit and online for this product are so obviously purchased or written by employees. I was one of the people who almost fell for it.
I followed the instructions exactly as written. There was one minor tweak in the order of steps that I made on my own, but that alone should not have caused the level of hair loss that I experienced. I have photos to prove it.
Not only did the product cause very serious hair damage, but I also did not pass my hair test. So I lost both ways.
They advertise a "money back guarantee," but do not be fooled. Even when you provide proof of a failed test, they will not refund you. Instead, they will find every possible way to place the blame on you, the buyer — calling your usage an "extreme minority" case, questioning your steps, and essentially telling you that you should be grateful their product even gave you a chance. They’ll call you impatient. The response I received was extremely condescending and dismissive. When I originally posted a review, they reached out and offered $100, and I deleted my review on trust pilot because I didn't want to negatively impact their business and thought they were making it right. The $100 was never sent. I regret deleting that review, which is why I'm posting this now.
If you are panicking and desperate, the way I was, please do not waste your money on this product. It does not work, and the damage it can cause is VERY real. I am an actual human being telling you this is a load of lies. Save your money, save your hair.

Secondly, you are in fact in the top 2% of our heaviest users, which inherently increases the risk of hair damage during any intensive detox process, even when instructions are followed precisely., YOUR USAGE DOES PUT YOU IN THE TOP MINORITY OF MOST DIFFICULT SITUATIONS TO DETOX. THUS REQUIRING THE HEAVIEST HARSHEST DOUBLE TREATMENT. AND YES, YOUR SO-CALLED "MINOR TWEAK" Of switching the order of steps 4 and 6 is WHAT CAUSED YOUR HAIR DAMAGE. NOT A MINOR TWEAK. You acknowledged rearranging key steps in the protocol without consulting us first. We could have advised against this change, as it directly contributed to the hair breakage you experienced. Our instructions emphasize following the exact order and reaching out with any uncertainties to minimize risks and side effects, the double treatment does increase risk even if instructions are followed precisely. Though, not usually significant like yours if you follow instructions.
3. If your situation is common, how do we know you're Natalia Chavarria from 3 months ago? Bc you're the only person to claim such results in the past 8 months. If our reviews are so obviously "by us" then what about the lack of negative reviews for failures? You cant pay to erase negatives. Compare ours to ANYTHING ELSE. NO COMPARISON

Found SciTOX after scouring the internet for ways to pass a hair test with only 7 days to prepare after 4+ years of daily use. He answered right away and continued to at all given times throughout the process, and was able to overnight me what I needed when my test was bumped up. I still am in disbelief I passed. I will continue to praise, use and recommend SciTOX to anyone in a similar situation. I can't thank them enough.

I was in full panic mode
I was in full panic mode, I got a random and my company pulls hair. I managed to put it off until the following week with some lying and calling in. As a reflex I ordered the aloe rid shampoo, after reading dozens of reviews that sounded like ppls lives being ruined for smoking weed, i dug a little deeper into available products. Then I came across scitox on reditt, I was up for hours reading the reviews and I started to feel a little hopeful, at my job if you fail you’re fired, no way around it. I called the next day, it took a few attempts, and I was starting to wonder if it was real or not. Eventually I got ahold of Blake, and he patiently answered my 300 questions and assured me even though I was using currently and for the past several weeks I would be fine. I ordered the fastest shipping and waited, the next day I hadn’t received a shipping notice so I called back. Blake looked into it and found the Saturday date I had expected was now Monday. That wouldn’t work for me as I wasn’t sure when they would reschedule my test. He overnighted another kit that showed up that Saturday, I ended up with 5 days to do the full treatment before my test, and a couple months later, I’m still employed. Although he said I didn’t need the bleach step, the product lightened my hair dramatically…to where I needed a tint to make my color close to normal. But, I don’t care…IT WORKED!!! A word to the wise though, call and tell them your situation and let them recommend the kit you’ll need, don’t be an idiot and try to do it yourself.
