Muchas muchas gracias.

Scispace is an awesome app that makes life easier for students and researchers. I would like to thank Aman Slathia, Senior Customer Success Manager who helped me with an issue I had in my subscription. Although I live in Australia and we have 18 hours difference Aman communicated with me to try and resolve the issue. Aman’s guidance, support and professional assistance was very appreciated.

SciSpace is an amazing AI-driven platform that significantly enhances the academic experience for both instructors and students. It offers a suite of tools designed to streamline research, improve comprehension, and facilitate effective academic writing. One of the standout features is the AI Chat for Scientific PDFs, which allows users to interact with research papers as if conversing with a colleague. By highlighting text, mathematical equations, or tables within a PDF, students can receive immediate explanations and summaries, making complex content more accessible. This interactive approach fosters independent learning and deeper engagement with the material. The Literature Review Tool is another valuable asset, enabling efficient extraction of key data from numerous PDFs. This assists students in conducting comprehensive literature reviews, ensuring they grasp the breadth and depth of existing research in their field. For academic writing, SciSpace provides an AI Paraphraser that helps students reword complex texts for better clarity without losing the original meaning. This tool is particularly beneficial for refining drafts and enhancing the quality of writing. Additionally, the Citation Generator automatically formats citations correctly, saving time and ensuring accuracy in referencing. This feature supports students in adhering to academic standards and avoiding unintentional plagiarism. To maintain academic integrity, SciSpace offers an AI Detector that identifies AI-generated content within research materials. This ensures the authenticity of students' work and upholds the institution's standards. An upcoming search engine feature promises to further enhance the research experience by integrating more advanced AI-driven filtering and personalization. This new capability will make it easier to discover research tailored to specific needs, reducing the time spent sifting through irrelevant papers. By continuously improving its search functionalities, SciSpace ensures that users can access the best academic resources with minimal effort.

Well, 5 stars for the customer support I receive, rather than product itself. I find most of the advanced feature is rather a hit or miss, so I decide to hit home. There is not an official button or function to open a refund ticket, instead, one has to rely on the chat service located at the left lower end of the screen. Fast response time, better than it was reviewed on reddit or any social media platform I read. They confirmed my refund was processed and I shall have it in the next 7-10 working days. Will see how it goes.

This website helped me out with my studies quite a few times; it’s an efficient way to find relevant research papers on any given topics. Customer support was swift and helpful when I contacted them after accidentally getting an annual subscription. I liked this website before, but knowing that they do care about their customers, I like it even more. :)
