It does not seem they are in there just for the money, they try to keep you with a positive experience and it genuinely seems that customer service is there to help

It was fast and did the job very efficiently. Normally refunding process is tedious, but this was so easy.

SciSpace is a great tool to quickly find out Which papers you should actually read in depth. It helps to find out a topic that is exciting to you. I really love the podcast feature where you can listen to 3 minute interview style conversation on any paper to judge whether you should read that paper or not.

I started using Scispace over a year ago and it is a great program. I did several lit searches for a project I was working on and it was fast, efficient, and easy to use. Since then, my role has changed and I needed to halt my service. Any questions I have had while using and expressing the need to cancel were responded to quickly and professionally. I highly recommend the subscription if you need to do deep searches into the literature.
