SciplayReviews of sciplay.com

Backgammon Live is junk. Completely rigged dice that always seem to roll against you forcing leaving checkers open to hit and ridiculous amount of opponent doubles just in time. This organization should be investigated by the gaming commission for obvious manipulation of their games for profit. There is something very wrong with this group.

Literally deserves a -50 than a one. Had this app for over 4.5 yrs playing moderately daily. At the beginning of course the wins were modest. Once you start purchasing them look out. After one purchase they go up considerably every time you buy a package. Either im not lucky or the games are set on a extremely hard level. Never once hitting a mega or the jackpot. Every time and I mean everytime they make changes its never for the customers benefit which shows THEY ARE GREEDY BASTARDS AND ONLY CARE BOUT THEMSELVES. Currently, Goldfish 🐠 casino which should be called piranhas instead. Let's see, for example; yeah the games are exactly like the casino but casinos are regulated closely. Even though i personally believe they are tightening their purse strings behind close doors as well. But Sci Play has no shame. They change the 20x daily tasks to 10 wins why you may ask? So you are not getting 4 fireballs often and when you do its some times 7 of the 4 you hit with. How dam chintzy is that??? Then their collect cards bullshit was once 13 variations before you can move to the next card they increased it to 30. Look games should be for entertainment purposes only right??? But when you r literally stressing because consistently you r losing spin after spin after spin after spin after spin. It gets quite boring and insane to say the least. Definition of insanity? "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result". Plus Sci play was hit with a huge class action lawsuit. Hmmmmmm I wonder why???? Even online casinos took a turn for the worse. Wins became scarce on a regular basis. Not like 5 years ago it wasn't too bad. A handful of times I would clearly lose my coins out of no where. Eventually Their greed will catch up to them when people have had enough. I personally got rid of Four winds casino and Hard Rock casino for life. Why? Its not fun anymore. I'd rather play a retro arcade game more fun and challenging. Versus these horrifying algorithms that are the worse thing for a player and a gift from hell for the developers and their crooked nymphs. Save your money people play a board game with your kids or a puzzle by yourself. The world today has truly gotten so greedy. They'll change one day when people stop playing if that'll ever happen remains to be seen. Funny how so many of these scam games are still allowed to operate. Reason being too much money to be made. Lookin out for each other while they totally stick it to you.

I got an unauthorized charge on the Quick Hit Slots, so I asked via email to close my account and they will not. In addition, they did not respond to my emails.

I've been playing Goldfish since it was $100. It's been going downhill. When I complain, I get the brush off. I have spent thousands of dollars and I am not enjoying the game anymore. When something goes wrong, I am told they will get right on it and instead I get the run around and they don't do anything to help. You should go on Goldfish review and see just how many other people are sick and tired of how they are treated with this game. They've even asked me before if I took a screenshot or video to prove it, including taking pictures. With the money I spend I should be able to enjoy the game. I have to watch it like a hawk instead of enjoying the game.

How do you like getting a 1.6 approval rating? Your payout percentage is around 22%, which is well below the industry average of 74-88%. STAY away from any sciplay games because they just screw everybody playing their games. And sciplay, please dont respond back with some lame answer, because you do not care about the people who play your apps. And they are getting to be fewer and fewer because of your ultra lame payouts.

They double charge and then argue with you about it. Then they change the algorithm of your game so it’s impossible to get big wins. Avoid at all costs

Just got screwed by Sciplay software glitch that wiped out 7.5 billion credits and they refused to refund. I wasn’t asking for refund of money just credits -they refused! They suck! I deleted app.

I had 2.2 quadrillion coins on gold fish slots and It ALL disappeared! They got back to me and said “We cannot reimburse you for this since you made bet in your game!” Now, I’m confused I’m like what the f*** because I KNOW I didn’t touch my coins! This company needs to be more helpful and less dismissive and disrespectful! This site is full of Shit and all they want is your money! These people are so money-hungry it’s unbelievable! All they want is money, money, money! Stop playing Sciplay casino games and go somewhere else where they will care about their customers and help them! This doesn’t even deserve ONE star!
