Well, after taking SciatiEase as directed along with an over the counter (CVS blue gel capsule) at night a pain reliever equivalent to Aleve, my pain is gone an my nerves feel good, actually I only feel a little tingle in my toes - left foot. So for me I am thankful for All the vitamin B, Alpha Palm and Herbal Blend ingredients. I am pain free.
