If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I had to open a dispute with how I paid in order to get a refund for an order I never received. Talked to customer service multiple times, e mailed. They are horrible. Do not order from here!!

Terrible international return policy. I will never purchase from this company again. Made me jump through hoops for my return. It was a terrible process

I was my first purchase and I was provided a coupon code. Said coupon code lowered the price too much and the item is not eligible for an exchange, not a return but an exchange. This company hates its customers.

This place sucks. I never received my order and they said don’t worry it’s still coming. Then one day I got a refund. No explanation and no boots.

Beware that you cannot exchange more than once, even if it’s within the original purchase 14 day window! They do not disclose this rule in the online exchange process and only have it outlined on their main returns page in the hopes customers don’t read it. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes I don’t want. I will never shop this brand again! Terrible!

Absolutely awful experience. I asked for a RETURN, waited 2 days, and got a reply telling me I’m “ineligible for an exchange” — something I never even asked for. Nobody read my email. Still no resolution. Beyond disappointed, @schutz. Never buying from you again.

The core issue was not simply the “Final Sale” policy itself, but how poorly it was disclosed. Important purchase restrictions like this should be clearly and prominently visible at checkout — not hidden behind dropdowns that can easily be missed. This creates a misleading shopping experience. Despite explaining that the item is completely unusable due to sizing and offering to pay for return shipping, no effort was made to provide any reasonable solution — not even store credit or a one-time exception. As a customer, this leaves you with zero protection and no support, even when the issue is clearly explained in good faith. I liked the brand before, but after this experience, I will not be purchasing from SCHUTZ again. I will also be sharing this experience publicly to help others avoid the same situation.
