I placed an order and it never arrived fedex said delivery was made but the system said it was out for delivery. I was confused by the situation so I called the number provided and sent an email nothing I’m concerned because my order is for 150 dollars that I cannot afford to loose . The number is a dead end and takes you to a message inbox with no out going messages identifying where exactly you are calling. Bellow is the contact information from their webpage . Don’t risk it ! If i had chance, i would give less rating. I ordered shoes from Schutz website on 12/25/2017. i received the shipping tracking number on the 26th. Since 23 days, the tracking number shows that the label was created. But the shoes were never shipped. I am writing emails to the company asking about the order but nobody replies my emails. Their online chat is always closed. There is nobody that you can reach and explain your problem. I need to go ahead and call my bank to dispute the charge. Don`t buy anything from this website. They will give you a lot of headache.
