Absolutely horrendous experience. They not only sent me a pair of shoes that had been scuffed up so clearly it was a used shoe. Then I had purchased 2 pairs of shoes that were very uncomfortable. I returned them under an exchange for a DIFFERENT model of shoes and when those arrived they were too small. They refused to return these stating “it was an exchange” and they don’t return exchanges. The checkout didn’t even alert me when I did the exchange. How are we supposed to shop online without being able to return something we can’t try on in person? They just screwed me out of $300. Will never purchase again.

Received my shoe last night and it’s a wrong size. Wanted to exchange it with a larger size and because it was a sale item company denied exchanging it. Very disappointed because now I have no use for this shoe. I will never order from this website again.

I'd leave a .5 star review if it was an option. I ordered two pairs of shoes on a Monday morning. I paid for expedited shipping. I checked the status on Tuesday and they were still processing. I checked the status on Wednesday and they were still processing. I reached out on Wednesday and let them know that these were to be expedited, they were paid for expedited shipping, and that I needed the shoes on Friday as I was leaving town Friday afternoon.They responded and said that they understood and would get my shoes shipped as a priority. It is now Thursday evening and I just got an update. My shoes will be delivered on Saturday by 8 PM. I let them know that I was leaving town on Friday yet they chose not to have a delivery time by Friday. It's incompetence.

The shoes are so poorly made that they are impossible to wear comfortably. There is absolutely no cushioning and they are hard as a rock. Also, the website promoted a 25% off if the purchase was made via the app. I downloaded the app and used the code. Now I cannot get a refund because I happened to use the code, even though there was absolutely NO caution about it. It's a fraud of a website encouraging you to use a discount code, which would prevent you from getting your money back. What a scam.

Misleading Sizing and a Terrible Return Policy I ordered a pair of shoes in my usual size, but they were far too wide for my feet, despite being described on the website as standard width. The sizing information is misleading. I would have been willing to try another style and give the brand a second chance. However, SCHUTZ only offers store credit instead of returning the money to the original payment method. I am not willing to pay for shipping again and risk ending up with another pair that I do not like or that still does not fit. What am I supposed to do with store credit if the brand’s shoe shape simply does not work for my feet? This policy leaves customers trapped with either shoes they cannot wear or credit they may never be able to use. SCHUTZ had an opportunity to keep me as a customer, but instead, their return policy made sure I will never shop with them again. I strongly recommend reading the return policy very carefully before ordering. You may end up stuck with unsuitable shoes and no real refund option.

Do not buy from this company. The return policy is terrible. I made a purchase and had to exchange for a different size. Once I received, I could tell immediately the new size would not work either and they would have been painful to wear. Once you do an exchange, you can no longer return. I find this to be unacceptable when the shoes simply do not fit. Shop elsewhere that will provide better customer service.

Fiz uma compra com a vendedora Yara na unidade do Iguatemi Shopping de Brasília. Ela colocou na minha sacola o número erro. Fui à loja para trocar e foi o PIOR ATENDIMENTO que já recebi. Voltei à loja para resolver um problema causado pela própria vendedora, que além de não tentar resolver, em nenhum momento houve um pedido de desculpas pelo erro. Pelo contrário, fui atendida com frieza, falta de empatia e desrespeito. Enquanto eu explicava a situação, a vendedora simplesmente virou as costas para fazer outra atividade. Esperava da Schütz um atendimento compatível com a qualidade da marca e preços dos produtos. mas saí extremamente decepcionada.

I am so disappointed with this company. I purchased a pair of shoes, not on sale but at whole price. The website stated that for whatever reason you're not satisfied, you can return for a refund. I was not satisfied, and I tried to return the shoes for a refund, but was not given that option my only option was store credit. I did not like any other shoes they had so I had to buy shoes that I wasn't particularly fond of but purchased anyway. The shoes that I got were uncomfortable and cheap looking totally disappointed, but I am stuck with them because I bought them on sale and was told by the site that shoes on sale are not refundable Stay away from this company people they're not honest and the shoes are overpriced, uncomfortable, and cheap looking. Not worth the money .
