Bought some shoes, they don’t fit my foot. Like. 2 inch gap between my arch and the shoe. Want to return them. Can’t. They don’t take returns. What do you mean you don’t take returns? Even eBay has a return policy. They offer store credit only. Why would I buy another shoe from you and your shoes don’t fit the shape of my feet? Make it make sense. Horrible customer service. Just horrid. And I don’t think the shoes are the quality for the price.

WATCH OUT !!!! THEY WILL RE-CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR A RETURN. DISHONEST. CHECK YOUR BANKCARD AND LOOK CLOSELY. THEY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL NOTIFYING YOU THEY REIMBURSED FOR RETURN ,, WHEN in ACTUALITY,, they will just RE-CHARGE YOU AGAIN !! Bigggg difference between processing a return and a charge !! Fraudulent business practices. I contacted the customer service team and was told I had to email customer service. ,with pictures of my online statement ,, lol 😂 , LIKE THEY CANNOT SEE ON THEIR END ,, HOW THEY CHARGED YOUR ACCOUNT AHSIN INSTEAD OF CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR A APIR OF SHOES INREURNED

I purchased a pair of boots from the SCHUTZ website directly for my daughter's birthday and received a used pair of boots!!! The souls show they have been worn and leather is scuffed! I paid more than $200 for what I expected to be new boots - not used!

Total scam, awful brand. Paid 30€ for shipping and 60€ for return and the amount returned was was 30€ less.

Really poor quality.. the price is crazy. I can’t believe it. Bought two heels one arrived with rust? And the other had many sewing defects. They sent me two new pairs. The one with sewing defects had very similar issues and the other build quality was horrible. I will never spending money on these again

Low quality shoes. I bought a pair of dressy sandals for a wedding, wore them once and they began to fall apart. I was outside of the return window by a couple of weeks as I had to buy the shoes early to be ready for the wedding. They refused to stand behind their products. This was my first and will be my last experience with Schutz

I ordered a pair of heels from their website. They came in a smashed up box, the shoes were uncomfortable to even try on and very cheaply made. Their return process was horrible and overly complicated. When reaching out to their customer service they claimed I never submitted for a return so I was not able to return even thought I had email confirmation of it. Overall wasted $120 and was rudely spoken to by their customer service.

I bought from schutz 2 pairs of sneakers. One pair came apart after 5 wears, and the second one after 15. Really poor quality. Contacted customer support and they were completely unhelpful, they couldn't care less. When I tried to give a review on their website it never would go through.
