Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration. At SchoolStore, 100% of every Caring for Classrooms gift card goes directly to the teacher, and schools also earn additional funds through the program. While we do not have the same buying power as major retailers, we are continually working to expand our product selection and keep prices as competitive as possible. We greatly value your feedback as we continue improving the program for teachers and families.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to assure you that our program is not a scam, and we do not mark items up 400%. With Caring For Classrooms gift cards, 100% of the value goes directly to the teacher, and the school also earns additional funds on top of that. While our prices may sometimes differ from large retailers like Amazon or Walmart, that’s simply because we don’t have their same buying power. We work hard to keep prices as competitive as possible and continually add new vendors to give teachers more choices. Most importantly, every purchase made through SchoolStore directly benefits schools and classrooms, providing valuable support for teachers and students. Our mission has always been to make raising money simple, transparent, and impactful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us on Trustpilot. We truly appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to clarify how SchoolStore supports schools through our fundraising efforts. Firstly, we would like to provide some insight into the financial benefits schools receive from our program. For every magazine subscription sold, 40% of the proceeds are directed back to the school, which can represent a significant contribution to their fundraising goals. Additionally, a unique aspect of our program is that 100% of all gift card donations go directly to the schools. Beyond this, schools also receive an additional percentage of cash back from other purchased items, further supporting their ability to fund essential educational resources and activities. We understand your concern about the quality of prizes and would like to assure you that we are constantly reviewing our selection to ensure it meets the expectations and interests of our participants. The prizes are meant to be a fun incentive for students to get involved in fundraising efforts, and we are sorry to hear they did not meet your standards. We value your feedback and are committed to making improvements where needed. At SchoolStore, our mission is to provide an easy, effective, and free way for schools to earn the funds they need without traditional door-to-door sales.  Thank you again for your feedback.

Chase, Thank you for your feedback! To clarify, 100% of your gift card purchase goes directly to your student’s teacher** to use on classroom supplies or resources. We hope this clears up any confusion, and we truly appreciate your support for teachers and schools!

Thank you for sharing your experience with SchoolStore. We're glad to hear you’ve found the program easy to implement and that the kids enjoy the prizes! We understand your concern about pricing. Unlike large retailers like Amazon or Walmart, we don’t have their volume or buying power to offer the same prices. Our primary focus is to create a fundraising platform that supports schools while covering the costs of running a secure, 100% online program and providing engaging rewards for students. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback helps us make the program better for everyone involved. Thank you for your continued support of your school and teachers!

We're sorry to hear that you haven't enjoyed your experience with SchoolStore. To clarify, when donations are made to the classroom, the student does earn points for those contributions. Additionally, reminder emails are sent to encourage purchases so your student can earn even more prize points. We appreciate your feedback and are here if you have any further questions!
