I have found this site to be user friendly from both the employer looking for quality employees, and from the potential employee looking for that perfect fit... Great searches, easy to upload information - and then down load it -- all around nice.

I wasn't looking for a teaching job during the school year, but I got an email from SchoolSpring.com asking me to apply for a position. When I looked at the job description it matched my qualifications perfectly. I met with the principal and assistant principal, and I accepted the position. I cannot believe how easy it was to use SchoolSpring! As a person who is transitioning from the business field, I am used to spending between 15 minutes and an hour per job application. SchoolSpring was so much quicker and more efficient. Customer service answered all of my questions promptly regarding setup, so I felt very supported. I loved the email notification feature, too: knowing when a school viewed my application and/or passed it through to the next phase was great!!!
