We had a great experience with SchoolScoops and I would recommend their service. We booked several tours, and all the tours we completed were excellent- the student guides were passionate about their colleges, very open, and eager to share not only general information but also many small details from their personal experiences that you would never get from a standard campus tour. What impressed us even more was the platform’s customer service. When one of our guides became unavailable, SchoolScoops proactively noticed the issue, contacted us, and found another guide themselves. We did have one tour canceled when a guide backed out less than 24 hours before a Saturday tour, and understandably they could not find a replacement on such short notice. However, based on the quality of the guides and the way the team handled everything, we still feel they fully deserve 5 stars.

Highly Recommend SchoolScoops. Our student guide at Indiana University guide was Amelia. Friendly and incredibly helpful. Not only did she provide a tour of the campus, showing us classrooms, larger lecture halls, cafeterias etc, the true value came when she shared her experiences about student life at Indiana (both academic and social) and was very transparent when my son asked questions.

SchoolScoops is super efficient at getting genuine feedback about universities from students, outside the usual school tour guides. It's a great way to connect families with the campus, and I enjoy being part of this, sharing my personal insights with those interested in joining my university.

We found the most inspiring and informed student guide to UCLA named Cheska. She arrived on time, gave a detailed tour, took us into classrooms, cafeterias and student spaces, while providing an unvarnished but positive view into life at UCLA. When our first-choice guide wasn't available the team at SchoolScoops (shout out to Dave!) were very helpful in navigating to find an alternative.

Did exactly as promised — connected us with a local student who was knowledgeable and gave us a great tour of the university.

A very useful service - surprised that I had never heard of it before. Used it for my high school junior when we visited BC and Tufts since the school-provided tours were filled up that day. Very easy to schedule. Extremely easy to stay in touch with students before the tour re: logistics. And both students were well-vetted and provided my kid with awesome perspectives on the schools we were looking at. It's a great way to visit colleges, especially ones you're very interested in.

Trustpilot is an excellent way to book campus tours- it was very easy to use, and I really like how they employ students. Emi P was my tour guide at ASU, and she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the campus. She provided an invaluable experience for me, and for that reason I’ve decided to commit to ASU. I would definitely recommend Trustpilot to other prospective college students.
