Brooke
Only formed in 9/2024
This school has only been in existence (filed documents in the state of Florida) since September, 2024 and only went live with their courses in April 2025. The phone number comes back to a talent agency in Indiana. While I hope they are legit, I'm guessing they will putting a bad name to real schools that follow the rules. 7/8/25 I am unsure of what you mean by your recent comment. You stated that you were issuing degrees before you were even a registered business before even 2020. I don't know how that is possible. BU T not all consumers are going to be satisfied by what you offer and perhaps an unhappy review isn't your biggest problem. My point is that a degree is a big deal for most and I am hoping your track record will speak for itself. One of your ads even offered licensure (on Facebook). You cannot be licensed by your school - that is false - that is done by each state, individually.
Response from Rockwell School of Holistic MedicineJul 1, 2025
Brooke, Your review is saturated with inaccuracies, defamatory implications, and libel-by-innuendo. You’re respectfully misinformed and unfamiliar with the natural health industry as a whole, and have asserted that we position ourselves as a conventional educator, which we do not—and never have. This was an overly assumptive and unscrupulous 1-star review based on a misdial that undermines the integrity of honest feedback and the credibility of the reviewer. It’s notably reckless, irresponsible, and disrespectful to small businesses and boutique educators everywhere. Calling the wrong number has escalated into an unjustified inflammatory attack—and implicitly questions the legitimacy of hundreds of successful Rockwell graduates, many of whom now earn six figures or more in active clinical practice. To bring you up to speed, natural health operates within the template of an unregulated industry. We have our own professional accreditors, holistic certifying bodies, licensing agencies, and educators going back 30+ years. Rockwell enrolls physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and nurse practitioners—many of whom participate in holistic licensing that protects them when practicing outside conventional standards of care, however, laypersons, holistic providers, and licensed medical professionals of all types are also welcome. We operate under the highest morals, ethics, values, and integrity—and have brought unparalleled transparency to this industry in several key ways: • We don't—and have never—claimed to offer “degrees.” We don’t even use that terminology, because it doesn’t correlate with our offerings. We offer holistic doctorates and practice certifications, like Kingdom College. We correct anyone who uses inaccurate terminology. • We publicly distinguish between professional vs. regional or national accreditation, which forced other holistic educators to follow suit. Our founder believed if she was once confused by vague accreditation claims, so were others. Rockwell was built on this kind of transparency. • We prohibit graduates from using protected professional designations like ND, still misused by several holistic educators. Our founder believes no one should ever have to ask whether a peer is a naturopathic doctor or a licensed naturopathic physician. Clarity matters. • Our phone number has been the same since 2015. Our admissions office is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST every single day. • We use the term “client,” not “patient.” We never treat, diagnose, or prescribe. We teach graduates to target, reverse, and eliminate root causes with a focus on prevention. You falsely wrote we “only launched live classes in April 2025.” This is preposterous. We have no idea where these bizarre claims originated, as we’ve had verifiable graduates since 2016 and have operated since 2015. You made obnoxiously disparaging assumptions about our business structure and attempted to link us to a “talent agency”—another completely baseless and defamatory claim. Rockwell was founded in Indiana in 2015 as Rockwell Naturopath & Herbalist School and was later renamed after expanding the curriculum. Our founder operated as a sole proprietor, which was entirely legal and appropriate for the stage of growth. The school has evolved across Indiana, California, and Florida (since 2021). While our LLC filing may appear recent, we’ve operated continuously and issued certifications since 2016. We briefly incorporated in 2022 and transitioned to an LLC in 2024. We proudly stand by our intention to be the most provider-friendly holistic educator on the market today—and we are. Our graduates light the world with hope and healing—and bring natural, functional, holistic medicine into each and every household across the globe. We hope this clears up the many misconceptions you've spread, and gives you a better idea of who we are, what we do, and why we do it. — Rockwell Office of Admissions
