Scholze Family FarmsWe’re two brothers, Theo and Will, who are third-generation farmers on our dairy in central Wisconsin. Both of us moved away from the farm before we realized farming was in our blood – and we returned to the operation in 2010 to raise cattle and offer delicious meats to our clients.

Some of the best beef I have had at a reasonable price. Slow cooked for several hours makes for a tender cut of meat
Response from Scholze Family FarmsFeb 1, 2022
Surendra, I second what you said. I just simply love slow cooked meat on low heat. Fork tender results to please everyone. And of course the smell in the house is amazing. Simply Yum!!

Scholtze makes an excellent set of products. I love their link sausages and I have a subscription for hamburger which is great tasting and fairly lean. I use their meaty soup bones for a hearty vegetable beef soup which I make with chopped rutabagas and carrots with onions. Beef barley can be added also. Their bacon is great also. I frequently make liver, onions and bacon using Scholtze liver and bacon. This is a meal I have loved since childhood and helps me with some deficiency genes I have in the B vitamin family and for vitamin A.

Thank you Carol for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate how you outlined the products you like the most; you have given us some ideas for more recipes too. A fair variety of vitamins is definitely needed, from vitamin A and the array of B vitamins. We love the natural B12 we get from animal products. Stay Healthy!

You wont find better fresh meat anywhere. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of products.
Response from Scholze Family FarmsFeb 1, 2022
Thank you Wayne. We are glad that you noticed! Our prices are the best and we have not increased it any (so far) because we care about customers like you. But more importantly, our meats are always fresh and direct from our farms to your family table.
