Habe mir eine Drohne bestellt, die kaputt ankommen ist. Ein Rücksendeformular gibt es bei dem Laden nicht. Mein Tipp: lässt die Finger davon, ihr werdet nur verarscht. Habe selber leider das Problem, das ich das verdammte Ding zurück senden soll. Eine Rücksendung ist viel zu teuer, da man auch nicht weiß, ob das Teil als Neuteil wieder ankommt.Alles in allem , hätte ich es vorher gewusst, aber dafür ist es jetzt zu spät. Lasst euch auf Facebook nicht in die Irre leiten, nur weil es im ersten Moment günstig erscheint...

Absolut schlecht man kauft für 160€ dort ein bekommt defekten Artikel und kann diesen nicht zurück weil die Email Adresse vom Support nicht funktioniert oder existiert und man bleibt auf dem bekommen Schrott sitzen. Absolute Frechheit UND BETRÜGER Kauft dort nichts ansonsten könnt ihr euer Geld auch dem Fenster raus WERFEN ! ! !
