Scam company- they cancel hotel reservation before my visa appointment that was 1 day after I purchased flight and hotel reservation from them. Trust me, waste of money fake company.

Purchased the flight reservation option on 25th October. Upon receiving the itinerary on 26th, the PNR Code was not verifiable on Airline website. 1) Since then, have sent several emails requesting to rectify and assist with no response. 2) Tried calling the Phone number on their website (+13022194576) which is a complete Fraud number. It connects to a Google voice line, which no one answers and only asks to leave a voice message. 3) Took a chance and left a voice message with a call back number too, and never heard back 4) The online "chat" service is completely useless with absolute no help. All they do is provide False assurances and the response "your documents are being reviewed and you will receive email soon...", which never happens. Or they ask you to email to the original email, which doesn't help either. 5) Upon asking for a Refund, no one responded back So all in all, STAY AWAY ! You might get lucky if the PNR code works for the duration mentioned on their website of upto14 days. If not, then you are out of luck, stuck with these Scammers. And once you submit your documents to the Embassy, there is no option to go a different route and hope, just hope, your visa comes back approved.

It was declined at the embassy and I had to book the real tickets, I told this company and they told me they have provided me with their services that I can’t get any refunds. It was a waste of money.

Very bad customer support. There was a mistake on our reservation and we have been trying to reach the team to rectify it but there is no support for it. Would never recommend this travels to anyone

I wish I’ve read the 1 star reviews before i scammed by this company, that cost me rejection of my visa🥲..they sent my flight and hotel booking which was not even valid..i got refused by consular because of not reliable…they’re indian scammers
