I had lots of issues with them regarding the flight reservation: first, their service was slow and second, their flight reservations constantly disappeared on the airline website which made it hard to verify the validity of the flight reservations. As such, we had to constantly communicate with their customer service to get these frequently-occurring issues fixed. It was a cumbersome experience because we needed the reservations valid and verifiable for our visa application. However, I will say that while most of their customer service staff are not easy to communicate with, others are attentive and supportive.

They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Terrible service. Flight can’t be verified on airlines website. I read all the reviews here and decided great company. Let me use them I wish I never came across this scamming company. 2 flight reservations given to me and none could be verify. They are ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me my $25 back. Buy a real ticket and have a peace of mind.

At first, I only saw positive reviews and I felt like this was the perfect solution for my visa request. So I bought a flight reservation for two weeks. They were very fast to reply. I asked to book a flight with a certain company, however the booking number didn't work on the website. They then changed it for me to another operator and I could see the booking info on their website, so I was happy. However, I then came across a lot of bad reviews and started to panic. I ended up buying a regular plane ticket and I'm glad I did because the booking number they provided is no longer valid on the airline's website! It would have cost me my visa! Don't do it!

Please do not fall into this trap. They booked hotels for me and sent me the confirmation but the very next day all the bookings were showing cancelled. I did not get any response to my emails and my money was not refunded.

I am not sure if this is the same company as SFRV TRAVELS. But do not use SFRV TRAVELS for a dummy ticket service or a hotel reservation service. Because when applying for Schengen Visa they will ask invoice of plane ticket purchase and hotel booking but they do not provide so such a waste of money. Better buy proper ticket than purchasing from this company.

A FAKE service!! Used them first time for my Schengen visa application. When it came to taking my money they were very prompt, and assured that reservations are verifiable for 14 days from date of ordering. But that's a LIE!! My reservations were not showing up on the Qatar airlines website after just a day. When I raised this issue, they stopped responding to my emails, and the chat support would just keep on repeating that my request has been forwarded, but I did not get any response. My request for a refund was also not looked into. Absolutely PATHETIC ! Don't go for this service.

I made a flight reservation for visa purposes. Two days later the same was cancelled or assigned to someone else. It was unverifiable nor confirmable. Their lines went unanswered and customer support kept telling me to be patient.

I bought ticket+ Hotel and insurance , at the time of total cost it was showing $85 only but they deducted USD$274 from my account. I have sent them email immediately after seen that excess payment deducted . They didn't replied to my emai , instead they issued tickets, flight , insurance quickly by stating that insurance is not refundable . I am feeling like scammed and going to report to authority in Singapore by sending all the communication . Please don't get trapped in their scam . They are scam
