Mon entretien est pour le 20/04/2022 mais ma reservation de vol fini avant !

I was immediately able to get my flight itinerary after a day. I just need to follow-up in 24hours but they were able to respond and provide me immediately what I needed.

Fast processing. Inquiries about optimizations are also answered quickly and work is carried out on solving the problem.

Procedure is very systematic.

Thank you for the reservation, which was fine. Not 100% clear though, why you choose to make the reservation with 2 different airlines, one for outbound, and another one for inbound travel. As the reservation with only one airline would have been easier and more realistic.

Everything is good except the waiting time if there a need to change the date because of some reason. I requested to change the dates because of some Requirements changes for Turkey and took 15+ hrs which should be quick.

Very efficient and responsive staffs! I got my flight + hotels reservations on the next day after the payment, although there was a slight miscommunication. I would recommend to get the service from them if you’re applying for a Schengen VISA, because you can get a tik top service from them with a reasonable and affordable price :)

Very good service, the tickets were verifiable on the airline's website.
