I paid for 2 flight reservations with an extra fee for fast processing. They delivered within the agreed time but the problem is the details are wrong. It seems like they didnt read the description of the flights I needed. It would have been fine if they rectified it within an hour or 2 since it was paid as a rush order- meaning I need it asap. It took them another 16 hours to revise the documents - which is already too late for my visa processing schedule. Now, according to their rules for refund eligibility, I can claim a refund but they're not answering my emails or even acknowledging their mistake. They are a real company that provides the service but an incompetent one. Avail at your own risk.

On August 1, 2024, I ordered and paid for a ticket reservation for a flight from St. Petersburg to Munich online from schengenfligthreservationvisa. The next day a PDF reservation was delivered with the data from a Turkish Airlines flight but with a fake reservation number PNR code. I confronted the service provider about the fake reservation and they assured me that I just had to wait and that they were working on a solution. A further intervention resulted in another delivery of a “reservation” with a fake reservation number. The problem is that the embassies check the number online. If these are incorrect, the visa will be refused. Ultimately, I made a reservation directly with Turkish Airlines with a working PNR code.

Reservations offered could not be verified on the respective websites for the airlines. Back and forth with support yielded no results. Request for refund was declined citing that they had delivered the reservations on time. So to me it mearnt that as long as they deliver on time everything else doesn’t matter. If you can avoid it, don’t use this service

Website was awful. It showed me slot vacant but when tried fo submit then kept throwing exception error. But when choose next date it allowed to submit. Before final submit asked me to review but no option to review entered details. When I took printout of the application submit data was printed wrongly than what I typed in the application for some fields. Just worst. I dunno who your Website IT team is and requirement person in, but you guys have the worst Website. And when I wanted t lo file complain, even that page was the worst. BLS appointment submission via your website is worst. Make some changes and make it user friendly

They have the worst service and please stay away if you do not want to be scammed. I requested a reservation from the UK to France, 3 days before my appointment. They sent a reservation to me within 8 hours, but it disappeared from the airline website after 24 Hours. I have sent several emails to customer support to fix the reservation or to provide a valid one to which they do not respond. The Live chat support is completely useless or maybe helpless and will ask you to write an email to them. Luckily I checked the PNR a day before my appointment otherwise these guys might have got my visa rejected. At last, I had the only option to book actual tickets, and I haven’t heard back from them in 1 week and 3 follow-ups. So, be wise.

I should've listened to some people here saying that this company is a fraud. I had my flights reserved from them for my schengen visa application and told them the date of my visa appointment. I was in London for my appointment and it appears that my flight was not reserved. Sent them a few emails and they were not helpful. I waited until the closing time of the visa office but to no avail. Don't get fooled by this. Make sure you just book your flight somewhere else.

They are fraud services. Reservation disappears after few days, it doesn't last for 2 weeks as they promise, also some of the flights they provided were not reserved, their excuse was that the airline doesn't display it until its paid and confirmed.

As others I used this company to book dummy tickets and also used the urgent service and paid up extra bucks as I had visa interview the next day. Initially I got the ticket within 6hours as promised and was content with the prompt response from them. Then when I validated the ticket on the airlines, I couldnt find it, so it was an invalid dummy ticket. So informed the company via an email and also proposed couple of minor changes. Got an immediate response saying it will be fixed soon. Hours rolled, I sent reminder emails and always got reassurance saying it will be fixed soon. By the time, they fixed it and sent me a ticket it was already 2 days and I was done with my visa interview by then. So I started to ask them for refund via email again, since they failed to deliver their promised service, but since then "No" response at all. Their website have online chat service, I contacted them as well over last few days and repeated my story and I get the same response everytime "We are general support team, so please send a reminder email and our team of experts will respond back soon". So beware of such scammers especially when you rely on them for your/your closed ones visa and dont get into trap of their prompt responses during the booking process. True mark of a company depends on how they resolve the conflicts with their clients when things dont go well. And this company is just opposite of it. Honestly, this company even doesnt deserve 1 star, instead it should be negatively rated, but thats the minimum I can select unfortunately.
