My visa got rejected, the bookings they provided are fake and if you see the flight bookings they provided will not have any details of how much money are the bookings worth, at the visa appointment she mentioned right away that these are fake bookings. So please book your own bookings when you go for the appointment.

I specifically reached out to them and asked if they issue hotel reservation confirmation CONFIRMATION LETTERS and they said they do. I went ahead to pay for an expedited service $40. Still wrote on the form the embassy I'm going to request for confirmation letters and not invoices or booking.com emails. They issued me a screenshot of a booking.com email. I complained and they blocked me from using their live chat. I had to spend extra $50 for an expedited service as it was already on the day of my appointment. They have refused to refund my money and they keep saying they issued me a hotel reservation whereas I was very specific with what I needed.

Scam! They’ll charge more than competitors and give you flight reservations that is valid for only two days. After they receive your money, they’ll stop replying. Don’t trust them.

This is fraud. They provide me a fake ticket with no PNR number because of which my visa was rejected. When i tried to contact them, they didn’t response at all. It’s a fraud company.

A complete scam. Their hotel and flight bookings are fake. When problems arise with the booking reservation requested by the Embassy, you contact them and they just lie around, said that they will get back to you as soon as they can but they never did. Got visa refused by the Embassy as they couldn't verify the bookings made by this scammer.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company, and I feel compelled to warn others about their negligence and poor service. I booked a dummy ticket through them a day before an important appointment that I had waited two weeks for. I carefully prepared everything in advance, but I scheduled the dummy ticket close to my appointment to maximize its validity. According to their website, the ticket should arrive within 12 to 24 hours. However, it didn’t, and I had to chase them multiple times just to receive it. When they finally sent the ticket, I discovered several mistakes. The passengers' names were incorrect, and worse, the ticket didn’t even appear on the airline’s website. When I raised this issue, their response was dismissive—they told me it showed up on Qatar Airways' app and said not to worry. But how could I be certain the person in charge of verifying my documents would check the app instead of the website? If they only checked the website and found nothing, my document would look fake. Additionally, the ticket they provided wasn’t even properly issued. It had a notice saying the ticket wasn't paid and needed completion, making it obvious that this wasn’t a good quality dummy ticket. It also included a reference number, but that was of no use given how unprofessionally it was handled. Another huge issue was that I specifically asked for a short connection flight, but instead, they gave me a ticket with a 10-hour layover. I immediately contacted them, asking for a correction and warned them not to make any more mistakes since I had no time left for further changes or corrections. It was already late at night, and I had to use the ticket for my appointment the next morning. Yet they kept stalling, saying, "We’ll see" or "We’ll check." They finally sent me the corrected ticket 9 hours later—just a few hours before my appointment. And then came the most absurd part: although I had clearly requested an arrival date of the 24th, they issued the ticket for the 25th! I didn’t even realize their mistake until I was on my way to the appointment with my family and baby. Imagine the frustration! When I confronted them about it, their response was, "We couldn’t find availability for the 24th, so we booked the 25th for you." How could they make such a serious decision without even consulting me? If the 24th wasn’t available, they could have booked the 23rd to ensure the correct arrival date! It was utterly reckless and irresponsible. As a result, my whole plan was ruined. All my documents had been prepared based on an arrival date of the 24th, but the itinerary they provided was for the 25th. I spent the entire day waiting outside the appointment venue with my family, desperately sending them emails and begging for a correction. But they didn’t respond in time. We waited until the venue closed, missing the appointment entirely. Hours later—afte complete 9 hourhs—they finally sent me the corrected ticket. By that time, it was useless. I had already missed my appointment, and the next available slot was two weeks away. I told them I no longer needed the ticket and requested a refund, which was clearly allowed under their policy since they failed to deliver on time. But they simply ignored my request and stopped replying to my emails. When I reached out via chat, they kept telling me, "We’ll get back to you soon," but they never did. It became clear that they had no intention of resolving the issue or honoring their refund policy. This company is a complete scam. Please, don’t be deceived by the five-star reviews like I was—they are fake. The one-star reviews are true: they don't deliver on their promises, make countless mistakes, and refuse to process refunds. I lost about $55 and endured unnecessary stress and suffering because of their incompetence. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company.
