This is my second booking with this company. The process was reasonably efficient. It would be nice if their website had a form to fill with Departure, Arrival, and Special Needs. Having a great big empty box to fill only leads to issues - as it did in this case. Also, when someone is applying for a Schengen visa, don’t bring them home from a third country through anywhere else but a Schengen country! One adds weight to the need for a Schengen visa, the other takes wait away from the need for a Schengen visa!

I bought a flight reservation for a schengen visa from them which was verifiable on airline's website. I even printed it from there so that it looks better with airline's logo and everything. However, it expired just after 3 days. I got lucky that I was checking everyday. After complaining them about it they reactivated it. Good thing is that I got the schengen visa. But I would have been in trouble if VFS could check it in the meantime when reservation was inactive. I don't know why they don't keep it active for 14 days. The schengen visa processing time last for 14 days and they can check the reservation at anytime so it last for 14 days as well. Amtul Matin

Firstly wrong date flights were provided and when I reached out to them they did not arrive in time for my appointment. Secondly my visa was rejected by embassy mentioning my documents were forged, apart from getting flights from this website I had everything else done via bookings.com so it was authentic. However, after a few emails back and forth, i was offered a refund. And Response to my original review was updated to a more polite one. I also got a response over email and it appeared it was a genuine mistake of paying attention to month. I was a bit frustrated initially however thier email response satiated me a little bit so i am updating my review.
