Warning: This company is not legitimate. The PNR they provide is not verifiable, and using their services can lead to your visa being rejected. I have all the evidence to prove how they mislead innocent travelers. If needed, I’m prepared to share this information publicly.

WEnt to the embassy and there was no record of the flight. I had to book another flight myself.

I bought reservation tickets. All good except foe the fact that they were not verifiable on an airline website! PNR not valid! SCAM! You've been warned.

This website is completely scam. Do not fall for it. All the good reviews you see are from their members. They take your money and promise a verifiable itinerary and issue a fake itinerary. STAY AWAY FROM THEM STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I contacted them twice before purchasing, and they promised that the flight reservation will be valid for 15 days. I paid for a reservation for myself and my family then I received fake reservation. I contacted them then they sent another one which was the same, not verifiable on any airline website!! I then requested a refund, then they sent an active booking which was canceled in less than 48 hours before my visa documents even reached the embassy. I ended up applying with a canceled flight and risked a visa rejection.

I cannot verify the flight reservation as there has been no details of the reservation numbers. The embassy denied the ticket.

I have exchanged email with you guys at lease 5 times to fix typo on my ticket reservation. The typo is ridiculous: my return flight is in Oct, the date show was July. Then i got a new one with the date missing. Next i got a new one with the date but a missing right parenthese. How could this ever happen, is your reservation fake? When i asked for a refund, your customer service sends me a link of your refund policy. I have been using your service for several years and I'm surprised How fast your quality deteriorates. Dear Ping, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you’ve had and the repeated errors in your reservation document. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, especially to a long-standing customer like yourself. Please rest assured that our reservations are genuine and generated through official airline systems. However, the issues you've described are clearly unacceptable, and we take them seriously. We regret that your request wasn’t handled with the accuracy and efficiency you expected from us. Regarding the refund, our support team shared the policy to clarify the process, not to dismiss your concerns. That said, we’d like to review your case again. Please share your booking reference so we can investigate further and take appropriate action. We value your continued trust over the years and hope to make things right. Warm regards, Ryan Mitchell Customer Support Team SFRV Travels

Bad customer service and management if things don’t work out. My flight booking got cancelled before the 2 week expiry they claim to have. They have failed to give me an explanation nor provide a refund for close to a month now. They respond with one sentence emails saying “ we will get back to you soon” but have never done so. Unreliable unless they are extracting money from you- unreliable for business. I’m more frustrated that they couldn’t respond and communicate clearly than getting denied which could give an idea of how bad it is

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it has caused. After carefully reviewing your case in our system, we’d like to clarify that your flight booking was not cancelled by us, and it remained valid for the duration promised. We understand how concerning this situation must be, and we're here to assist you further in understanding what may have happened. We also acknowledge that our communication may not have been as responsive or detailed as you rightly expected. That’s on us, and we’re working internally to ensure better follow-up moving forward. One of our senior support team members will be reaching out to you shortly with a full update and to assist with any next steps. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Warm regards, Ryan Mitchell Customer Support Team
