They are not “fully paid tickets” or hotel vouchers, and they do not include airline/hotel payment receipts unless the customer specifically requests and purchases fully paid, refundable bookings (where available). Many applicants use confirmed reservations successfully; however, visa decisions are made solely by the embassy/consulate and can depend on multiple factors beyond flight and hotel documents. Regarding the message sent during your appointment, our representative confirmed that your reservations were confirmed/active in the reservation system at that time. This confirmation relates to the validity of the reservation itself, not a guarantee that an embassy will accept reservations in place of paid tickets or that a visa will be granted. On reimbursement: we understand why you requested compensation. However, third-party costs such as visa fees, travel to the appointment, and photos are paid to external providers and are outside our control. For that reason, we cannot reimburse those expenses.
