My flight couldn’t be verified via website. It was only verifiable through airline app thst needs downloading (which embassy would probably not have downloaded.) My hotel reservations were stating different number of people (some said 2 children other said none) and i was told it wouldn’t matter. Was told my travel documents were unreliable by country i applied to. Also when i was using online chat they wouldn’t reply to me (waited for over an hour for a reply). I had to go to the email to have someone reply to me.

I made ticket reservation for two persons for visa purpose. It seemed good at first, but after 3 days, I checked booking in the airlines website, the booking was cancelled. I contacted the SFRV they replied very late and gave me another ticket for another airlines. Since I already submitted visa documents with previous ticket, this new ticket was not useful. I asked about the previous ticket , they just made excuses. I asked if the new ticket will be valid of 2 weeks, instead of answering they send me another ticket with multiple transits and said that it will be valid for 2 week. I did not want multiple transits and they didn't provide direct flights with 14 days reservation later. Moreover, since the embassy could not check the PNR number of the 1st flight reservation, visa was rejected. When asking for refund, they insisted me on deleting my post from Trustpilot otherwise, they would not refund. After many email communication and hassles, I thought I would rather keep the post and help others than get my $35 dollar refund. The comment they made on this post is not true.

I made a booking on Sunday, July 17 and paid for 4 people with 8 hour delivery. The sequence of what happened is as below: - Did not receive the reservation in 8 hours. They sent it after my e-mail reminder. - A traveler's data was incorrect, they sent it again - July 20, the onward leg from Mumbai to Zurich was not verifiable, only the return leg appeared - Dropped them an email, had a chat with their representative and got it fixed - Since July 20 through July 27, the onward leg is not verifiable and I have to send an e-mail everyday for renewal. The renewed reservation expires every 2-3 hours so have to send them 2-3 emails per day. They are not apologetic at all. - The service is pathetic. The number on the website is never answered. The chat support is unanswered when you say that it is a renewal. It is answered only for new customers. I had to pose as a new customer to get their response. - Try calling the number to check for yourself and don't get lured by attractive prices on the website.

Horrible and waste of money! This didn’t work and I had to book my tickets at the spot which costed me 680$ Ridiculous!

Paid 82 $ including express delivery for my itinerary, received in on time but the itinerary is not verifiable on airline website with the reservation code as they’re promoting. So disappointed I wasted my money by risking it presenting the non verifiable itinerary. I couldn’t reach the customer care number as well with the contact number provided and couldn’t reach online chat as well. Suckssss!!!! I will write this whenever I get the chance in the website so no one gonna get cheated.

This service is not valid- the visa officials told us you need a real ticket with invoice and payment proof. This company shows a reservation and thats it. Do not use it.

Vry poor service provider.they even not rply on email. Even they do not follow their timeframe as well as the flight reservation they provide doesn't stable for one day vry poor service provider i do not recommend them😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
