not recommended.Please buy a real ticket. The PDF they provide and charge 25$ dollars doesnt seem like a real one and cant be submitted for visa interview. so We bought a new ticket.This is not a trustable service

This is a scam, they do not provide a proper flight ticket details, they do not check to renew the booking and are absolutely horrible at responding to emails. Their phone number is fake and you cannot contact them directly. There is no professionalism and they do not apologise for any inconvenience. Due to their negligence with my case I was refused a visa as it stated that the booking looked 'fake' and the status on the flight website did not exist. *Update due to response: Firstly, I was contacted by the visa office letting me know that the booking is invalid. Upon which I emailed and then tried to call the SFRV number, which does not work and reroutes your number elsewhere. After which I received this response via email "Your request is in process. We will update you on that shortly." nothing else, not even a greeting, and worst of all no follow up. At the end of the day I then emailed asking what the update was and then received this response: "It has been renewed already. Note: I also instructed to my team to keep an eye on it and keep it valid." After this, the visa office stated that they will have to redo my case and it will take 2 weeks from the new date, at which point I emailed SFRV to ask if they can keep it valid and verifiable, as the website suggests, for the next 15 days. Their response was: "The airline does not notice any prior cancellations of any reservations does not provide any warning nor does not provide any reservation. Even does not warn prior cancel any reservation but being a travel company we have the right to renew the reservation as many times. So, we did that. And the reservation validity will be only for 14 days from the first time delivery date onward the next 2 weeks and it can't be extended" To which I understood their circumstance and was glad that it was at least valid and verifiable for the 2 weeks since I got the booking. However, I had to check everyday as their team did not do the due diligence that was promised. I had to contact them 2 more times after this. Following on from that when I received my refusal letter, the visa office noted, to quote "the visa is refused on reasonable doubt of the documents submitted" and under additional comments: "the flight booking we received was not a 'real' booking and could not be found, which is why it is believed that this flight is not booked"

This is one of the worst services I have ever used. From booking the flight reservation till today it has been 6 days and the reservation only worked once for 10 minutes. After that it has been showing error. I have tried to contact this guys via chat, email and call. In chat they say reply to email and when you reply to email nobody replies for 2-3 days. After 2-3 days they reply that the resevation is working but still it deos not work. I asked for refund as they did not provide a working resevation and could not resolve my issue within 24 hours, they disconnected me and are not replying to my emails as well. Its very unreliable and pathetic service. I made a big mistake. Also the address and number are given as USA but when I got he receipt and reservation the location of the firm was Lahore. I also tried calling USA number but it was never picked. This guys are not trustworthy and are not reliable at all. After a lot of emails, the refund was issued

Not good its anyone can do this reservation. Ill make my own reservation editing my previous flight. Wasting my money 25$

The visa was rejected because they said the air tickets were "Screen shots" and not proper bookings

I purchased the dummy flight reservations for TWO people. First of all, it took him (cos I know it’s a man running the business) over a day to send the itinerary and when he sent me, it was filled with so many errors, I had to email for correction. I have now discovered that my ticket is no longer showing up and I wonder why this company would try to SABOTAGE their clients. Now I’m left with a reservation that has been cancelled and he’s refused to rectify it giving excuses upon excuses after paying $34. What sort of nonsense is this?? I am so pained because my partner cannot apply for his own visa application due to this. I have been distressed by this. Please I don’t know who’s giving them good reviews. They lie a lot about their delivery and the validity of the flight booking. Purchase at your own risk. Also he has removed his contact and chat support button so he can continue his scam.

They even did not hold my booking for few days and claiming that we hold booking for 2 weeks.

The experience was great, I recommend to others as well, to use the company always, thanks for the service delivery
