Lots of T&Cs not mentioned during / before the time of payment - dupes the customer to believe that any flight can be booked - but that’s not really the case - and you will only find out after you’ve paid and can’t do much after. Wouldn’t recommend / would not do this ever again.

The worst experience of my life!!! (Order#S1F39062RBesherV01) I ordered a flight reservation and I had no time because my appointment at the embassy was hours from when I ordered that's why I ordered urgent delivery for which I had to pay more money. However, I kept contacting them and they would just say we are working on it, the documents they sent me came 4 hours late I had already submitted my documents by the time they sent them to me, the documents they sent me were full of many many many mistakes they ignored all of my instructions and ignored all of my preferred flights and times for the flights. I requested a refund by email and chat and they are ignoring all of my emails but I am not going to sit and do nothing I will get my money back one way or another!!! Do yourself a favor and never deal with them.

OUTRIGHT SCAM, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I booked a flight reservation (order number 1889-5217) hoping it would stay valid for 14 days but in reality every 2 days the flight itinirary got changed and flights disappeared. Customer service always told me they would solve it 'soon, we are looking at it, be patient' and this has been going on for over 11 days now. I don't even get a reply on my emails anymore, this is a waste of time. The flights keep changing, they don't hold your flight for 14 days but for 1-2 days max and then they don't reply to messages on the live chat or email. Highly recommend to stay away from them if you want to book a reliable dummy ticket.

I told them I needed to cancel and requested a refund before they sent me any documents. They replied back saying "Will do, thanks for letting me know". 1 min later, they emailed again saying they will send the documents. They acted like our previous conversation never happened. I said I don't need the documents, and just need to cancel, they keep referring me to their policy page. The documents they sent were full of mistakes and didn't even follow my instructions. They didn't book the hotel I specifically requested, and they put the wrong number of guests in the hotel bookings. Anyways, I didn't even need the documents. They eventually said they will process the refund but it's been over 3 weeks and nothing. They are ignoring emails and trying to make me forget the refund, but sorry I won't.

Cheaters! DON’T go to them and waste your time and money. I recently in last week of May paid these guys for a flight booking for my Schengen visa application clearly mentioning my interview date(2nd week of June) on the order form and followed it up with an email next day. They sent me a booking which when checked shows “not valid” and this is 1 week before my interview date. After endless emails and conversations, they’re asking me to rebook if it has to be fixed and new bookings issued. If they just send bookings irrespective of whether it will be valid during visa processing then what’s the point going to them in the first place l!! They don’t commit to a “validity by date” for their bookings. Utter nonsense and cheaters. Very disappointed and frustrated!! Highly NOT recommended.

I purchased 4 dummy tickets from here. They said it will be valid for 14 days on the airline's website. But it's not true. It shows only for two days there. I'm very much disheartened. I paid them $70. We didn't get Schengen visa.

Don't go with the fake good reviews. These guys messed up my VISA. They said the travel itinerary will be valid for 2 weeks. I asked multiple times before booking and they kept saying the itinerary will be valid for 2 weeks. However the itinerary shopped showing on the airline's website within a week. When I reached out to them, they keep giving incorrect information that the reservation has been renewed. But nothing shows up on the airline's website.

My Schengen visa got refused because the flight PNR got non verifiable in between. I need a refund.
