Good price and fast service including relative low shipping. Some similar companies use "Mail Innovations." The order travels a very circuitous route than simply cannot be cheaper than the straight line used by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The customer loses as he tracks his package all over the country.

Staff brought down an item I wanted to purchase down to customer service so I could stop and pick it up instead of ordering online since it was tax exempt. thanks for going out of your way

Chris Behm, the bike manager at the Colorado Springs location provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Chris was very informative, helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond what he was asked to do to make sure I was happy, that’s rare these days.

Had a great experience with the team members at Scheels. I purchased a shotgun for the upcoming pheasant season and the process was smooth and friendly! Can’t thank the team enough for all their help with everything.
