Don’t know exactly what happened, though I’m sure it was due to my head up the rear mindset yesterday, but we checked out without paying for a winter coat. Called in tonight to pay and customer service guy was so very sweet. Didn’t harp on me or anything. Thank you for being scheels…. That’s always a good thing :)

Absolutely love how simple and seamlessly they were able to exchange shoes that were a size too large for me for a size smaller. Shipping was fast, efficient, and they got it right. I first was helped with the shoes from their great sales staff at the Rochester store, but whey they didn't have the size I needed there, they showed me how easy the website was. Awesome. Took 2 tries for me to get the right size, but worked out perfect. Great customer service like that is what I have come to expect from them, but this is the first time I've had to do this, and it just reinforced what a great organization they have. Will have me as as a customer for life.
