Terrible company with even worse customer service. They sent the item to the wrong address then refused a refund. Tried to blame me using Google Pay when I've NEVER had this issue with any of the hundreds of other retailers I've used Google Pay with before. Customer service is a joke and the order was shipped late anyway.

DO NOT TRUST! SCAMMERS! Placed an order on April 30, 2026 for Men's Nike Mind 002 Training Shoes... or so I thought. On May 3rd, after holding my money for several days, they "discovered" that they listed an item for sale when they actually didn't have it! They canceled my order and that was it. No attempt to make it right or assuage customer concerns. Guessing this is a scam company. Thank goodness I used a 3rd party vendor to pay, but I am still keeping an eye out for fraudulent charges from these scammers. BEWARE!!!

I got their credit card and it was all fine and dandy but then I almost died and they are trying to sue me bacause i can't pay it back. Like I have a brain injury dude, i'm not physically capable of working as of now. You don't need to kick a man while he's down.

Placed an order for a in stock item on sale, $599 normally $899. They cancelled the order 3 days later saying it was out of stock. I spent an hour on their "Chat" customer service to see if they were willing to match the price of a similiar item, or special order the item at the price I purchased it at. Their answer was NO, sorry for the inconvenience.

I placed an order based on a listing for sealed Magic: The Gathering product that clearly indicated a specific product offering (a full box). I ordered multiple units based on that description. Shortly after my purchase, the listing was removed from the website. However, my order was still processed and fulfilled with a different product (a single pack) than what was advertised at the time of purchase. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the listing was incorrect and that they would only offer a return for a refund. I requested alternative resolutions given that the order was fulfilled after the listing was taken down, but was told no other options were available. They did confirm a full refund upon return of the items, but did not offer any adjustment or accommodation despite the discrepancy between the advertised product and what was shipped. This felt like classic bait and switch. Advertise one product, take my order, pull the product down and instead of canceling the order, fulfill the order with product different than was listed. I’m sharing this so other buyers are aware to double-check listings and confirm stock details before purchasing, especially when dealing with sealed collectible product where listings may change or be removed quickly.

Scheels in Sparks told me they price match if I showed proof, which I did. I found it for $249 on MidwayUSA and Scheels was selling it for $429 they verified the lower MidwayUSA price on the exact same Vortex Viper HS scope on their website , then refused to honor it after speaking with a manager. Then I was given an excuse about limited inventory that had nothing to do with what I was originally told and promised. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store, including over $2,500 recently, and as a veteran and loyal customer, this kind of treatment is extremely disappointing. Losing a customer over a simple price match is terrible business. Buyers beware they do not keep their word and honor things they claim to stand on.
