UPDATE: the beginning of the story: I ordered Talls but the tag on the waistband said regular😩. So—took them to my local Scheels (Rapid City) to return. THREE customerservice reps gathered around and knew to look at the sewn-in label down in the crotch. It said Tall!! Further measured the inseam to assure me. So I happily took my Tall sweats and headed home. GREAT customer service!!!!

This was my 1st visit to your store and I was very impressed. The sales people were so courteous and helpful. The store looked brand new and it's not! I'm looking forward to going back. I rarely feel this way regarding retail. It was truly a great experience. My grandson has been raving about it for a few years, and now I know why!

I ordered my granddaughter an NDSU shirt. It just came and I am impressed with the quality of the shirt. I was able to get a Black Friday deal which was a bonus. We are just plain glad to do business with owners who have such good morals and family values. Thank you.

We came into Scheels today to Christmas Shop. We had the best experience. We were in the men’s department looking around when, Robert Shackleford, approached us asking if we needed any help. My husband saw an outfit on one of the manikin’s that he really liked. Robert went out of his way to find the specific slacks that was on it. He found the slacks to helped my husband get into a dressing room. He came back 3 separate times to check on him and see if maybe other slacks would be more fitting for him. He also told us about the $85’s back if we applied for your Scheel’s credit card. I didn’t want another card to worry about being tempted with, so I declined, but appreciated the offer. We continued to shop and also had a bite to eat in the restaurant. Great service there too. We had a wonderful shopping experience at Scheels today. We will be back.

Scheels had a hard to find North Face jacket in stock. The website/ordering process was easy and the jacket was shipped the same day the order was placed. I had never heard of Scheels but I now know them as a go to place. I highly recommend them.
