Ordered a Scotty Cameron putter 10 weeks ago and was told I would have it in two weeks as well as a full set of Ping clubs and bag by the time I got back home and played these clubs. The drivers had the wrong shafts and the irons did too

Ordered some gloves with same day delivery. Received an email saying that it was delivered but in fact it wasn’t delivered. Called the store the next morning and they told me that they would get my order delivered and call me back. Again, no call back and nothing delivered. Sorry Scheels but you obviously don’t have a successful delivery business process. I’ll stick with Amazon

Lego set arrived with box severely damaged and had been opened and taped shut. I promptly returned it to my local Scheels but was unable to get it replaced there. Received refund and then ordered from a different company.

I was in Scheels to make $1,000.00 purchase of winter clothes for my nephew's family. The cashier said to apply for a Scheels credit card to get $70.00 off my bill. The automatic application process says they will contact me in 5-7 days, so I don't get the $70.00 off and have to wait and see if they will give me a credit card. My FICO is 760 and my credit history is "good" so I had no problems making the application. I put the purchases on another card, NO PROBLEM, and today I get an email that says they have reached a decision and will send me a letter. They refuse me because " They can't verify my identity" ! ! ! What does that mean, I am a home owner, I have no house payments, I have good credit and THEY CAN'T IDENTIFY ME.?Sheels is using a "Bait and Switch" to get you to buy with possibility of discount that doesn't happen. Scheels ls is false advertising and ripping off the consumer. Don't fall for their false advertising. BUY YOUR THINGS SOME WHERE ELSE.
