OUTSTANDING! This was my first try with Scheels.com. First, they had an item, in a size that no one else had, and on a site that had plenty of pictures of the swim trunks from different angles. It was easy to place the order. I had plenty of information to confirm and track the order. The entire process was convenient and my item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There was one follow up question I had about the item, and shockingly, I had an answer within a few hours; and the answer was better than I expected! Their customer service is hands down one of the best I have ever experienced. Friendly, fast response, total success. In short, I was able to buy an item that I could not find anywhere else, I got a great deal, with phenomenal support. A+++

I want to set the record straight about some of the bad reviews I’m reading in this forum. I was introduced to Scheels in Rapid City SD and immediately opened up a credit card which I frequently use. When my son came to visit me , I took him to Scheels and he was blown away by the atmosphere and quality of the store as well as the friendliness of its employees. I refuse to let some of these reviews stand without challenge after doing business with Scheels for over five years. I recently purchased a canopy which I ordered via telephone and the order was not exactly what I ordered probably because I didn’t give enough clarity when I placed the order. When I called to discuss the problem, the customer service representative, Sarah, went to bat for me and easily got the problem rectified by sending a part at Scheels expense to me. I am still so impressed by the length that the representative went to in handling the return. Although I am no longer living in a state which has a Scheels store, I feel like the dedication toward customer service is conveyed on line as well. Anyone reading this review would do well to put more credence into this review than some of the petty complaints that likely preceded mine. These people are nothing short of top notch. Mel McCoy

See a lot of negative reviews on here but just wanted to put a positive one. Ordered a 2x jacket. Arrived in the window listed in new condition. Will definitely order from them again

Wife was looking for a new pair of neoprene/rubber hunting boots. The salesperson went to great lengths to get different men's and women's boots for her to try on. And sizes. After helping her he helped me with the purchase of a new Leupold scope, rings and some accessories. Service is always GREAT! at Scheels. Along with their vast inventory.
