First of all Scheels is one of my favorite company's to do business with, fast shipping with comparative prices. I received my Work Sharp knife sharpener and found the box had been open. Upon further inspection I noticed the stones had been used, but still in good shape so I decided it wasn't worth while to exchange it. Other than being used, the product worked good as I hoped. Update. I didn't expect it, but Scheels is sending me a $25.00 gift certificate for my trouble. What a great Company

I love my Carhartt hat from Scheels! I received it within about a week of ordering and it is very warm on my head. It looks brand new, just like the picture. It fits a little tighter than I thought, but it has a fleece lining inside and is tight to keep heat in but it is definitely warm! I would definitely order again with this company.

Very impressed with fulfillment of order to shipment to receiving package!! Also, enjoyed the bag of candy and holiday card in the box! THANK YOU!! Buttt wasn't too happy to see the CVA ramrod sticking out of the box on the porch when I got home, let alone to see it was missing the threaded insert, which is needed to attached the included cleaning jag.. seemed to fit in the box (kind of a tight fit tho) and had proper packaging material, so could've have very easily been the fault of the shipping company.. but needless to say, I now have a 3rd broken ramrod :( everything else was spot on (I know they aren't the easiest to package/ship with other items)

The coat was ordered and promptly delivered. Love it! My only suggestion would be to use another shipping provider other than USPS. Their handling of packages is horrific. It was stuffed so tightly in our mailbox it was almost impossible to remove carefully enough to not tear the bag.

I did the 'I'm on my way' and I'm here in space #, but no one brought me out my order. I had to go inside to pick it up.

Adhesive fish ruler kind of messed up on fold but still usable, luckily it was on metric side. Normal shipping, overall went well. Thanks

My family probably buys half of our things from Scheels. Everyone is super nice and always welcoming. My dog loves it, too. But one time I was taking a girls trip there and a guy came up to us and said, " Make sure that you don't run and that you don't shoplift. " I was like, of course we wouldn't run in a store, and why would we shoplift??
