Great prices, fast shipping. Horrible packing! Flame king bottles thrown in a box with no packing material. So they rattled around for a week in a FedEx truck. Look like they were in a war zone. Not what I expected from Scheels, especially since they are employee owned. The packing employee must not care.

I received my package two days past the expected delivery date. I wasn't provided an updated time estimate until the day before I received the package and even then, the time frame was off. I would have appreciated a warning or had been given an accurate time frame of when I should expect to see my package when I originally ordered the product. The product came undamaged despite the delays and I am very pleased with my purchase in every other aspect.
Disappointed
Most items arrived with stains on them. Now will need to return, reorder, or go elsewhere. Very disappointed with the quality control of the online shopping experience.

I appreciate the option for curbside pickup, but I checked in on the way, then put what spot I was in with the prompts when I arrived, and they never came out to me. I ended up going inside after 15 min, and they still had to go to the back and get my order. Not sure what the disconnect is, but maybe shouldn’t call it curbside if they don’t actually come out and you have to go inside no matter what.
