ScheelsReviews of scheels.com

Scheels makes alot of noise about being employee owned while having a statue of Ronald Reagan, union buster extraordinaire, at the entrance of their stores. They employee alot of part time workers that are not employee owners and treat them as bad or worse than any coprporate owned superstore. The hypocrisy is astounding. If you support employees being treated fairly, DO NOT shop at Scheels.

Order a pair of phenom elite Batman youth cleats size 2 for my sons football season they sent out a completely different cleat than what I ordered the size wasn't even the same as what I placed in my order with them trying to convince me that what they shipped is what I ordered after proving it wasn't what I was ordered I was told a replacement would be sent but I have not received the items, haven't gotten a refund nor have I been provided with any tracking info for the cleats the supposed shipped to replace the incorrect ones they shipped out.

I ordered an Olight ArkPro USB Rechargeable Flashlight, which was processed quickly and sent via FedEx. I was looking forward to this flashlight until I opened the box. The packaging for the flashlight was already opened. I didn't know if they just sent me a flashlight that someone returned or what. I called and was assured that the replacement would be sent right away. I waited and waited, and then it showed up. Shipping via USPS, that is taking over a week to arrive. Unbelievable. My original order was sent via FedEx, my replacement of the possibly previously opened light is sent USPS. I am so disappointed with this level of customer service.

Extremely disappointed with how SCHEELS handled my high-value online order. This was a 64 lb package delivered to a large apartment building with a locked exterior entrance and locked mailroom. FedEx's own delivery photo shows the package was left OUTSIDE a side entrance in a publicly accessible area—not inside the secured building or mailroom. The intended recipient never received the package. Despite this, SCHEELS relied on the FedEx GPS scan and delivery photo and declined to provide a refund or replacement. Ironically, the same delivery photo they relied on clearly shows the package sitting outside the secured building. I escalated the issue and even filed a BBB complaint. SCHEELS maintained its position, considered the matter resolved, and told me to pursue a dispute with my credit card company instead. I understand that SCHEELS does not control every action taken by FedEx. However, as the retailer that accepted payment for a high-value order, I expected much better support when the merchandise was never received. BUYER BEWARE: Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before ordering an expensive item from SCHEELS online. If your package is marked "delivered" but left unsecured and disappears, you may find yourself dealing with FedEx, BBB, and your credit card company rather than receiving a resolution from SCHEELS.

Ordered fifa world cup soccer ball paid for shipping was supposed to receive order, order never came no updates either or delay messages, if I am paying shipping cost for somthing that cost alot of money you shouldn't be using regular mail I would expect to be paying for FedEx or UPS not for it coming through regular mail. For what I had to pay I should at least get a refund on shipping since it didnt come on the day it was suppose to.

Very unprofessional gave me a confirmation number processed my order then cancelled it

Cancled my order of pokemon cards a day later yall are terrible company, some worker probably stole my stuff. You guys suck.

The prices are significantly higher that other stores. But the worst part is they stick some shipping protection on very order. Be careful or you will get hit with an extra $3 to $5. I will never order from them again.
